So so came down from Washington DC and walked in this place. Ask for two types of fish they didn't have so I ask well what do you have. Listen ppl customer service is no where in this building for color folks. Lady rude and disrespectful. No type of greeting just a nasty demeanor. Hell just put white only

Call ahead to order a take out, can order take out at counter or grab a table and enjoy. Sweet tea is fantastic too, with free refills. Pepsi products available in cans as well. And, don’t forget you can get some seafood from the market side to take home to cook.

The menu is limited to deep fried catfish, talappia, shrimp, oysters or grouper. The sides are French fries and Cole slaw. That being said, there is no fresher seafood this side of the Atlantic Ocean! The service is prompt and friendly. The seating is limited because there is ALWAYS a crowd of locals who know this is a great place to eat where the portions are generous and the prices are modest!
Hams is one of the best home town seafood market and restaurants in town.......always great food great people and best of all.....sharing a conversation and table with people u hardly know

My wife ordered 2 catfish nuggets platters and they gave us swia fish we know the difference and we will no longer eat there again

I grew up in Florence and Ham's was always a common dining experience. I do not live in Florence anymore and went to ham's yesterday for the first time in years. Wow so good. Highly recommend. About as clean fried seafood that you can get and the dining room doesn't smell like a fish market so that's a plus too. 10/10
