The manager was fussing with employees in the grill and drive thru. She said she wanted to see who could read. The young man at the register tried but wasn't signed in. We work EmS and almost had to leave our food because they were so slow in filling the order due to pork chop not being ready.

Extremely rude lady working at drive thru told us that we were holding up her drive through when we placed a order 10 minutes before getting there on the app saying its not on her screen so we had to go in & show them and had to make our order and it was never ready but the other lady that helped us out inside was really helpful! but i will not come here again. where is the management?

No plasticware to eat biscuit and gravy with with the exception of a fork. Had to stand at cash register for 5 minutes before ANYONE even acknowledged us. We work EMS so our time is precious and limited. I could not even add my points to my app so I lost that as
