This was a friendly, clean Hardee's.The Lady that waited on me was so very nice. I would recommend this Hardee's in Florence,SC to all my friends

I dont do breakfast all the time and when I do I occasionally go to this Hardee's. Every time I have been I have been happy with the service and the food.

Went for early supper. Wanted ham and cheese sandwich and chocolate shake. No ice cream ?. I figured the sandwich would be up to $3 plus because of all the ham they put on it and rising prices. Well it did cost that much but there was way to much bun, the one slice of ham was hard to find, the cheese was good and hot. I won't be going back.

I love their breakfast platter and frequently stop to pick up one. This morning the lady at the drive thru was nice enough to start, but when I reminded her that she had my debit card and could I get it back, she copped an attitude. Said she was busy. Not a good way to start a day for her or for me. Was going to give five stars but now I’ve copped an attitude. Do better Hardee’s, don’t be like McDonalds.

I come here almost every weekday to get my mother and my daughter breakfast. My mother has dementia and will only eat bacon. I order 3 sides of bacon for her and a breakfast platter for my daughter. I’m not sure why they have such a hard time understanding that when I ask for the 3 sides of bacon to be put in a different container, that it needs to be done. My mother is extremely finicky in her stage of dementia and will not eat if it touches anything else. I’m not sure how she can tell but with the bacon sitting on the eggs, she will not eat it. It’s terribly hard to get her to eat anything so seeing her eat a few pieces of bacon each day is a blessing. Thanks to the “wonderful” staff at this Hardee’s, I had to drive across town to another Hardee’s in order to get food my mother would eat. I was simply told at the window, sorry we put it together and the window was closed as she walked away. Although, incredibly inconvenient, I will take my daily business elsewhere from now on. And yes, I know that I could have just gotten back in line to get another order but I don’t feel they deserve the business.

I had Frisco Burger and it was Off th Chain!!! with small Mac and cheese… and YES you can substitute your fries in the combo meal… with other side from the Big chicken dinner side! What a Great Option!!!!Food was Fresh and Service was Great!!!

Ordered a Omelet Biscuit combo. Wanted orange juice they were out of orange juice. Got a medium hash brown hash browns we're cold. Also ordered the gravy biscuit. Gravy is thick and not thoroughly covering both pieces of the biscuit after splitting and lukewarm.

Most of the time this Hardee's is great but today was terrible. My boyfriend and I each ordered a meal and what we received was not what we ordered. He went back and went in and told them what was wrong. What was a replacement was still wrong. Very disappointed and will not go back.

What I got to say about this Hardest it is the worst place that I've ever Eat at. I waited in line about 15 minutes for service after that I get my food and everything was cold, it tasted old and the bread was dried up. It was disgraceful. I turned around and went back and asked for my money back . THAT WAS FAST SERVICE.
Was a standard drive thru. They get my very basic order right about every other time I order it.

The staff is incredibly rude! You wait for about 10 minutes at the drive thru menu before they even acknowledge you, then you wait another 15 minutes or so to get to the window, once at the window you are not greeted just expected to hand over your money only to be told that you have to park because your order won't be ready for an addition 10 minutes or so. Do not dare refuse or the drive thru person will yell at you to move so that their time does not go over. They are more concerned with staying under time than providing actual service. You endure all of this just to finally get your order, only when you do its all wrong! The fries are cold and stale, the burger is sloppy, and you are too upset to deal with them any longer. At this point you have wasted a total of 25 to 30 minutes to get something uneatable, not what you ordered at all, and no time to go anywhere else to get anything else! I will never go back there again!
