Customer Service is atrocious. If Jersey Mike’s was crowded, I could understand, but there was only me and one other person in line. There were 5 employees behind the counter. A simple, “We’ll be right with you” would have sufficed. I can’t imagine how the service would be if they were crowded. I’ll just stick with Subway, or Jimmy John’s.
Service was bad, came in for pickup that was not placed out and I waited 20 min while employees took other people's orders and saw me waiting. Had to get help from an employee coming from restroom just to find out that my sub had been back on counter the whole time

Great food. Great service. The employees are very welcoming and always greet you with a smile. The sandwich meat is freshly sliced right in front of you and very delicious.

A hundred times better than subway! (In my opinion) I can go to subway and eat two footlongs and still eat dessert, I go to Jersey Mike's and get a "giant" chicken kahuna and it lasts me the days, less than half of it fills me up! I convinced my mother to try a cold ham and beef, she's hooked now!

This is an update. I went here last night and there was a bunch of younger people working. One was super friendly but kept screwing up our order. The girl who prepared the subs was a bit rude, didn't take my gluten allergy seriously, and just had an overall attitude that she could careless if she were there. The place was also not kept clean as customers came and went. They were also behind on online orders. I hope this changes because I like this location.
