Arrived at 9.01 p.m. on a Wednesday night. The open sign was on. There were 2 people in line still ordering. The young lady at the register looked up and said.... we're closed. I said your still taking orders, aren't you?She said, we close at 9. I said your still taking their order,arent you? She said, they were here before 9... we're closed.Mind you, it is 9.01... they are literaly cutting meat, and the open sign is on. Wasn't worth the argument, but it's worth a review.Jersey mikes makes a great sub sandwich. My girlfriend owns a competitor. In the same situation, we would have served the customer, and turned the sign off. Subway accross the street was happy to serve me. Ymmv.

I called in an order for one of my clients and Lasandra, check my order over the phone. She was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable. When I went inside to pick it up, she assisted me and even went above and beyond with giving me extra napkins, onions, tomatoes, lettuce on the side. I asked her for her name so I can write a good review for her because I feel like great. Customer service is very hard to find these days.

Great sandwich. Sometimes the staff is a little shy, but once you get someone to take your order, it's worth the wait.Parking: Keep watch. Locals treat this TIGHT parking lot like a drag strip. Half the traffic is driving against the flow and the stop sign has absolutely NO authority.

This was the first time we were ever at a Jersey Mike's and the Italian Sandwich was delicious. I am definitely going to download their App because I know we will visit them again in South Fla.

Store was clean and well lit. My son and I have Celiac Disease and can't eat gluten. We were on a long drive and stopped here for lunch. The staff preparing our food was so considerate and through. They cleaned the prep area, used a separate tray for our gluten free stuff and used freshly washed utensils. Most places grumble and groan about this, the staff here was all to happy to help. We often don't feel safe eating out, but here we did. Thanks so much guys and gals, it's greatly appreciated.Dietary restrictions: Celiac friendly

Usually I like Jersey Mikes but the last two times they gave me incorrect sub sandwich. I reached out to corporate just to hear nothing back at store level.
