I ordered a cheeseburger ketchup and mustard only and it was loaded with onion then I also got fried mushrooms and there was so much salt I could not even eat them...such a shame this place really is

How do let someone clock in with a grey hoodie that looks like they have been rolling around in dirt to work in a kitchen?? Management needs to get this place in order. I’m embarrassed for them. Okay so I’ve been living down the street and eating at this restaurant for years and let me tell you. The manager definitely cares about her job and works hard but i thinks she’s desperate for staff because there’s no way I would hire the idiots that they have in there now. I literally can’t make this up. I came up there one day just to get a pepperoni pizza. The young teenager that they usually have working the drive through will get the orders wrong sometimes. I ordered my pizza and was told to wait 10min. So I did…I assumed the staff was going to bring the pizza out to me because that what they are suppose to do when it’s ready but this idiot has my pizza sitting in the oven and I went inside after 30 min! And he’s like “oh yea, here you go” and starts playing with a water bottle in his mouth. I thought I was talking to Patrick Starr from SpongeBob for a second. Also theres a light skinned girl who will work the registrar some time and this day she literally had on sweat pants and a regular t-shirt and a bonnet on. It’s really unprofessional to do that. If I can’t trust you to show up to work in uniform, then how can I trust you with my food. Other than that the food taste much better than what It did years ago but still they need to hire more mature and professional staff if they want to be taken seriously. This isn’t the ghetto.

Ordered delivery: Gave me a cheese deep dish instead of Detroit deep dish. Didn't even bother putting the crazy bread or sauce with the order. The one item that was correct (Hawaiian) was cold when it arrived. The laziness is astounding!
The food is great. Just wish the service was a bit better. Also, I wish you didn’t have to wait almost two hours to get a pizza especially if you order online and it said it was going to be done at a specific time.

Worst pizza I've ever had. Had to ask them to return it to the oven to cook veggies on top. Didn't realize until I got home the crust was not done from the center to halfway up the pizza. There was so little meat on this Supreme Pizza that it tasted like a vegetable pizza. Definitely threw away my money.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I waited 45 minutes for my pizza for them to just tell me they hadn’t started on it. They lied to me and told me it would be five minutes until it was ready. Horrible communication and service. I would never recommend this place.

Waited in line at window for 27 minutes behind three cars then when I get to window I ordered one “Hot and Ready” pepperoni classic and was told it would be another 5 minutes. After waiting approximately 5 minutes was told to get back to the back of the line which was 3 more cars behind me so I could get my pizza after them! Got refund and left! I don’t have 45 minutes for a “Hot and Ready” pizza!
