Save yourself some time and drive to the Little Caesars at the other end of Palmetto street. I always use the online ordering and my order is never ready anywhere near when it says it should be ready. Tonight I showed up 15 minutes after my estimated time and my order was "3-4 minutes to being done." Fifteen minutes later I finally left. My complicated order? Three crazy breads for the kids. The only positive is the food is okay once it is ready.

they are so unorganized the store is so nasty has bugs crawling around has flies getting in pizzas don’t pay enough for the work you do main manager rude cuss at us overall i would not recommend working or even coming to a little caesar’s corporation bad environment definitely won’t be working there again this company needs to get shut down treat other people with more respect just because there family member works there allows people to get drunk on the job need to look into this company

Came tonight and ordered a stuffed crust and cheese bread. The person working kinda had an attitude and wasn't nice. I told him I'd wait in car bc they were kinda busy. I was parked right in front. So I seen the other 3 or 4 people leave and I kept looking in at him to see if they would let me know when my food was ready. They never did s9 finally went in and it was just sitting back there on counter not even in the area to keep it warm. Also the cheese sticks looked burnt. Dang shame...

I was not happy with the delivery driver zackery. I ordered online everything went well and the timing was right around 11am and drop off was 11:50am a pepperoni cheese bread , mild wings and ceasar dip. I was very hungry for lunch time . Then I get a call from Zackery and told me he was there as I was cleaning my dog . He told me he ddnt want to set it down on my back porch bc of ants . I told him its ok it shouldn't take me long . We hung up and 3 min later I went to get it and nothing was there , I was super upset this Zackery guy should not deliver again!!!!! I ended up driving to little ceasars to order again after the call in custmer service to get a refund.This store will take a hit from me bc of thar driver. IF YOU GET A ZACKERY AS YOUR DRIVER BEWARE! and I think he does door dash too

Waited 15 minutes to place my order while numerous employees bombled around. Then told my “hot and ready” pizza that I ordered at 6:21 would be ready in 10 mins. I’m not sure why they even bother putting up the signage. I was also the only person in the restaurant.

Other times I have been there the pizza is good and service is friendly. Disappointed tonight though because the hours clearly say open until 11pm on Saturday yet they were closed right after 10pm.

This place is normally a five with me, but recently I ran into a rude employee. When I got my pizza, it looked a little burnt so I asked him for another one. He took it without opening the box or looking at it and threw it on the floor with an attitude didn't apologize for nothing and just gave me another pizza and walked away without saying anything to me. That's rude customer service. He should have apologized for giving me an overcooked Pizza, I would think...Otherwise I'm pretty satisfied with Little Caesars and their employees..
