Today March 15, 2024 will be my last day ordering food from here! I spent a lot of money here over the years but never will I again. I was asked for “proof” that it was my order that I was picking up as if I’m walking in there just saying a random name to get someone else’s order that I had already paid for when I never had to do that before and was just there yesterday picking up an order for me and my family and wasn’t asked for proof to show it was my order!!! Another lady walked in and had no problems and wasn’t asked for “proof” for her pick up order and was only asked what did she order for pickup but I figured out what it was! I’m very disappointed that I was stereotyped! I am a business owner who makes well over enough money to pay for everyone’s food that was in the restaurant but yet I was treated like a thief like I was coming to steal someone’s order!!!!

I used to love this restaurant. I don’t know what has happened over the past couple of years but this is the worst Mexican restaurant in Florence, SC. I went for lunch about a month ago. My margarita was good but my chicken quesadillas tasted old. I decided to give them another try last week. My chicken quesadillas were fresh this time but runny. My tortillas were wet and disgusting. My shrimp quesadilla came out without shrimp. The waiter took my plate back and they threw shrimp on top that was unseasoned and tough. I will NOT spend another penny at this establishment.

Been a while since we'd been here. Food tasted like it had been precooked & re-heated. If you like to drink & be loud, it's a great place. My kids, guests & I felt uncomfortable, but thankful for extremely fast food!

Great food! Friendly staff. When when they are busy they are very attentive. One of my favorite places to eat!
I went there on yesterday the waitress put me in a booth she got my drink order and food order never came back someone brought my half of my food waited 20 minutes for rest of my food and had to ask about the rest of family’s food. The food was cold once we tried to eat it she brought me cheese dip but it was so thick and cold it wasn’t funny but paid 60 for nothing cause couldn’t eat it I will never in my life go back to this place I think I need a refund…

Our kids grew up eating here, and now that they’re grown, we meet here monthly if not more often for family outings. We met at MiTerra’s yesterday, and had the worst experience ever,. It was so bad, we won’t be going back. We had a party of four, and one of the dishes were made with “RAW” chicken. Once we brought it to the owners attention, they offered to replace the meal. When we got the check, it had the meal that was replaced on it. We asked the manager to take it off and he refused. After the RAW chicken was visible to everyone at our table, we agreed the whole dinner had taken a turn for the worst, and we had all lost our appetites. We were willing to pay for the other entrees/dinner/drinks, but didn’t feel right being charged for the meal that was served RAW, and ruined our opportunity to enjoy a meal as a family. Unfortunately we didn’t know we’d need a photo to prove the meal was served RAW, being that the “owner” saw it and acknowledged it was RAW, so we don’t have a picture to prove it. But we do have a receipt to show how the owner of this establishment is getting a bit too greedy to make sure customers come first…. Never forget, the public opinion can make or break a business, what do you think social medial platforms are for, and the reviews customers leave? To the management at MiTerra’s of Florence, SC, we sure hope this Fahitia Lunch totaling $11.75 was with the damage this review does to your business. Hopefully no one winds up sick with salmonella. Do better….

We broke up our day of driving from Orlando to DC and found this gem. Fresh, tasty food and extremely fast service made this stop worth the bit of extra time.

My favorite Mexican restaurant in Florence. Tables are well spaced so there's plenty of room to breathe and enjoy time with the family. The food is very good and fresh. It's a standard Mexican American menu.
