If you are a fan of the Japanese steak house concept, you are going to love Miyami. They have a great sushi bar, open bar, and hibachi cooking. I had the steak and chicken combo for lunch and it was very good and reasonably priced..Give these folks a try.

I haven't eaten here in some years due to the reviews. However, I gave it another shot tonight. Food was underwhelming. Small portions of steak and chicken (hardly enough) to justify an almost $32 plate. Plate was mostly rice. Not worth it. Side salad was just lettuce, not fresh at all. Not going back ever again. This was take out, maybe dining in would have been better.

the service was so bad I didn't even feel welcom. then the cranky lady slammed her fist and said it will be a 3 hour wait and it was already 8:00 pm don't wast your time.

We go and sit at the bar because it is 2.5 hr wait for the grill. It take the bartender 30 minutes to get our drink order. We then wait another 10 minutes for our food order and still have not had any drinks, no water or anything. After we order, it takes her 20 minutes to get us TWO WATERS! And then we wait another 10 minutes for our drinks. 2 minutes after we get our entree, but never received soup or salad or even the app we ordered. She then says "do you want the soup and salad, I'm sorry it took me so long" and I said well yes I want it. I am paying to get it so yes. I have been here many times and always sat at the grill. I will never be back to this place and will never recommend it to anyone. If you are looking for good food and quick food, kinnichiwa in Florence is 10x better.

We arrived early to meet up with family that recommended this place. Immediately we were disappointed in the condition of the building's exterior but were still willing to give it a try. At 5:30 pm on a Saturday evening we were told it would be 2-2.5 hours wait. We'll never know if the food was good or not, since we left and went elsewhere.

The food was pretty good. The server was good, but we felt a bit rushed. Overall, it was a decent experience. We would go back. If you have a seafood allergy, they will cook your dinner in the kitchen. Not a bad idea, but if the person going is expecting to see their meal cooked in front of them, they might be disappointed.

My daughter placed an order consisting of a steak entree with egg fried rice no vegetables. The first plate consisted of vegetables and SHRIMP fried rice and steak. Returned it.. the 2nd plate was obviously the same plate as before with the shrimp removed. #1, the food was not hot. #2, the steak had rice mixed in and rice was on top of the container as well. This time I returned the plate. The waitress was nice and stated that since the head chef had already “remade” the plate twice there would not be a third and offered a refund.. well if the head chef knew how to READ ENGLISH, there would not have been a reason to remake the dish at all.
