The food is great! We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. My only complaints are that they were out of tea, the condiment bar needed to be refreshed, and trash needed to be pulled.
Husband and I was here today. The food was ? delicious and the staff is so friendly!!! They give you worth your money here and will visit again when we are in the Florence,

Visited for the first time with my Husband. I got The Stack with birria and he got The Homewrecker bowl. They had a variety of different salsas. I personally wasn't a fan of them, but I did enjoy their poblano crema and asked for an extra side of it. My Husband had an issue trying to order birria in his bowl and the employee continually misheard him and thought he was saying bacon so he didn't end up getting the meat he wanted. Regardless, we both enjoyed our meals. The bathrooms were cleaned/well stocked.Vegetarian options: The menu is definitely customizable to be vegetarian and I believe I saw tofu on the bar along with plenty of other non-meat toppings.Dietary restrictions: Be cautious if you have allergies to anything as there's risk of cross contamination.Parking: Plenty of parking outside the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Enough room for kids to move around and the menu is customizable to be child friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking is available and the building is wheelchair accessible.

I give credit for being open. Service, only one on line, was slow. Rest rooms, tables, floors all dirty. The dump your tray area too small and gross. Restaurant in dire need of a remodelStop with the can't get help thing. Pay good, get good people. I am new to Florence but won't be back any time soon.

Chaz who made our food was the only thing that was good about the visit. He was the only one working on the line while the manager on duty was talking on the phone. Got a large queso and asked for a few more chips and she literally counted out 5 more chips. Didn’t know inflation was hitting the chip market as well. When I asked for some more tea she said it will take her a minute then got her phone and went to talking on it again. I put the empty tea urn on the machine for her so all she had to do was get the tea and press the button I mean you can even do that while holding your phone. Told my kids to just get a soda and half of those didn’t even work. We went in at 4 and the restaurant was dirty and wasn’t even stocked for dinner. The Area Supervisor might want to get better leadership.

I ordered on line I had a flat tire, my food was due to be ready at 12:57pm when I went to Moe’s to pick up my food at 1:15 it was cold, I tried calling no answer, I tried to explain what happened I even ask if my food can be remade or warmed up, the cashier called the owner wife Priya who was very rude and nasty she stayed I needed to go online and request a refund because they where not remaking the food or warming it up, the cashier told her I had a flat tire that was the reason I was late, the owners wife Priya didn’t care and hung up! I will never eat there again, just because you doing well as an owner doesn’t give her the right to be rude!!
I tend to be a Moes fan but this one takes the cake for the worst Moes in America.

I don’t even know where to start but will start with the positive. Yolanda. I don’t know how this place would operate without her. It wouldn’t. She’s lovely and hard working. I waited 1hr 4min for an order placed over 24 hrs ago. Mike was disrespectful, rude and frankly incompetent. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. I watched him wipe his nose the. Put seasoning in his hand (sans gloves) in the back and dump it in the food. This store is dirty. I will not return.

One of the best Moe's Southwest Grill meals I've had from all the Moe's I've been to throughout the southeast. Food was delicious, made by a nice man behind counter. The new chilli cherry hot salsa is fire too. Restaurant was clean, food was ready fast.

Took my family of 6 there to eat, and walked out hungry. We were not greeted and were left standing at the counter waiting to order and were completely ignored. There were two employees standing directly in front of us, one even made eye contact several times but neither of them said a word. We waited for a bit, and then walked out. I have seen poor service, but that might have been the worst. We will spend our money elsewhere.
