I have ordered take-out food from New Bamboo Garden several times now. I really enjoyed the food and have no complaints about it. The service is ok. The restaurant has seating but it needs updated. Overall, the food is good and that's the most important part to me.

I WILL DEFINITELY NOT COME BACK!!!!! This was my FIRST time here. I asked to see my food first before I paid because I am very picky about my chicken wings. The girl at the register rolled her eyes at me and said they normally don't do that. Really????? You mean to tell me I can't see my food before I pay for it?? She had a very nasty attitude. No worries. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!

Terrible customer service! There were 5 people waiting in line. Everyone kept walking in and out of the back not even asking if anyone needed to order, pay or anything. Then a customer came in walked around the line and straight up to the side of the counter, the young girl cane out of the back , rung her up and gave her food as if the line was invisible. The customer was very disrespectful, she didn’t even care that it was a line of people who had been waiting. When I finally got to the young girl why would she take a customer that skipped the line when she saw a line of people? She said she didn’t know who was next but that couldn’t be so, when you been walking in and out multiple times and us same people were standing there waiting and you saw us and didn’t say anything. The customer service was terrible and I let her know that they need to do better. I won’t be back. If I could they would get ZERO stars??

Excessively long wait just for soup.Several customers placed larger orders for substantial food AFTER I ordered that took much longer to cook soup, but they received their food before I received mine.Would NEVER order here again.
