So this is the first review for a resteraunt from me this year! I have to give this particular established a 5 star. The food was excellent, including the meals that others ate . I had the tour of Italy, great choice it has 3 different items on the plate! The service was fast & the server was good. My honest experience was a good one the only actual complaint I had was the fact that I didn't have room for dessert. I take my reviews very seriously and those who read this want the details! Food was cooked in a timely manner so honestly all bases covered including having a server who never let my drink go empty and made sure the table was taken care of and happy! So I do recommend you going to this establishment. In closing I will say that a table of 4 cost about 150 with tip. I did manage to get a photo of the meal I ate, the Tour of Italy ! I hope eveyone has thr great experience that I had.

We had a great time. 1st time at this Olive Garden location. Staff was great and food was delicious.
Worst service ever, attitude from hostess. Restaurant was only 1/4 the way full at best and we were told and hour and half wait. There were several servers in plain view and we were told there were only 3 servers so our wait would be very long. I would recommend stephanos or rebel pie before I ever go to this place again. No one should be greeted with the attitude we were.

I am sad to say that after being a loyal olive garden follower for many years, I have been disappointed by my service. Upon previous visits to this establishment I enjoyed my food and the service was quick and friendly. Not only was the restaurant filthy, but the food was sub par and the service was utterly appalling. Upon entering the restaurant I was greeted by dirty, sticky floors, and a bug of some sort crawling in the entrance. I shook it off and chalked it up to low staffing. My food was undercooked and soggy. Not only that but the staff was extremely rude and slow. As upsetting as it is to me, I cannot say I will ever return to this location.
Sunday late lunch, party of 2.A short wait of about 5-10 minutes and plenty of folks still rolling in.Got a great table, semi-private in the back and our server made great drink recommendations.The calamari was fantastic! The rest of the meal was great too ?Will return.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are locals and went there today. We placed ourselves on the waiting list and told that it would be 20 to 25 minute wait. One hour later, being told it's going to be another 5 minutes to 10 minutes, over and over. Someone by the name of Patel came in and was seated immediately. We waited and waited. I don't know why we waited. I guess that we were hungry and committed at this point. Finally the manager came to the desk and told us that we'd be seated in 5 minutes. We were waiting on a server. 15 minutes later, we were seated. We saw our server waiting on the Patel's who were across the table from us and a table, also across from us who was waiting from an acquaintance from the kitchen to come and high five them. Noone still had come to even offer water. My son went to the front and asked who our waitress was and the girl at the reception desk said that her name was Ashley. Well, Ashley was busy waiting on the Patel's and catering to the friends of the kitchen worker to still come to our table. I think she must have walked back and forth at least 10 times. We were so frustrated at this point that we left. We were a party of 3 adults and 2 small children. As I said......HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Dining in, was a bit of a wait, but they text you when your table is ready. Food was good, Server was efficient, Tea glass was chipped on the bottom , Server brought me a carry out cup.
