I walked in and paid for some wings and.l pizza. When I came back to pick it up the guy behind the counter looked at me, said absolutely nothing and proceeded to ignore me for 10 minutes even though I could see my order 8 feet away. I finally approached him with my receipt and kindly asked to retrieve my order. With the personality of a zombie he requested I remove myself from the area. So I complied and for another 5 minutes he intentuonally ignored me. Finally he handed me my order. No apology and no thank you. He has no concept wjat what good customer service is .being polite or even why he is there in the first place....to serve the customers. This isn't the first time he has been rude but it's the last time for me. I won't be returning to endure being insulted by a dysfunctional churlish nobody. He spends more of his time sitting on his Harley in front of the store when he isnt running off customer. Cant wait for AI to replace this zero.

I ordered a pizza today from this location and I went inside to pick up and I noticed not a worker had on gloves and the young lady proceeded to put a pepper in the box with no gloves on. I was disgusted. I proceeded to ask for another pepper and she then used utensils to get it. Why aren't the workers required to wear gloves. Never again.

I called and order a gluten free crust pizza with pineapples, banana peppers, and chicken. Unfortunately, I paid additional from the following banana peppers, grilled chicken, and pineapples. I received a completely burnt one piece of grilled chicken, two pieces of pineapple. Totally unacceptable. All items were burnt to a crisp. I called the manager, he stated it's nothing they could do about the pizza. I have to go back through door dash.Vegetarian options: The only way I can describe the veggie option.All were burnt!

I had a medium ground beef pizza and spicy garlic boneless chicken.I enjoyed both dishes but was a lil disappointed in how small the slices of pizza were.When it comes to taste though Papa runs neck and neck with Pizza Hut.Food was great and service was friendly and professional!!I definitely will be visiting again soon!!!

So I placed an online order at this location today on September 16,2023. I was disgusted with what I was Served. I ordered 2 medium pizzas. One was Grilled chicken and the other was Pepperoni and Spicy Italian Sausage with extra sauce. Also some boneless wings. The pizza barely had any toppings on them under cooked and my boneless wings were short got 8 instead of 10 and were hard. I call the location to speak with the supervisor. I explained to him how and what I received and how dissatisfied I was with my order. He nonchalantly said I can bring it back. After explaining to him that I don't stay in Florence and all the way in Darlington it's like 30 minute drive there and could he do anything else like store credit to honor the Order. He stated no there wasn't anything he could do. Supervisor name I spoke with was Christopher. When going to this location please check your order before leaving. To be a loyal customer and be treated in such a way. I also took pics of what I received. If I could rate 0 I would.
