This was the WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE that I have ever experienced! The manager and staff were unprofessional! It took 40 minutes to locate my online order! The waiter didn't have a clue about the menu! The manager refused to change the pizza after he gave us the WRONG ORDER!!! GHETTO ESTABLISHMENT!!!! The waiter had sagging pants showing his underwear!!! Totally unprofessional staff!!!!

Wanted a super supreme and got a supreme. Green peppers tasted funny and I was missing the beef on the pizza. Starry soda was out in machine. Sad I can't redeem my dine in for points on the app. Not worth the money for dine in and will NOT be going back to this location.

Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza but honestly 1 lg pizza and 6 chicken wings and bread sticks are not worth $63.00 especially when I can go across town and go to my favorite soul food buffet for $35.00 for two people all we can eat.

Treated girls to special night out. Food was good but the service was outstanding. Only thing was no jukebox. Sure wanted to show my girls the experience I had growing up pizza and good music but machine was broken (?).Kid-friendliness: Made my girls 6 and 12 feel welcome and comfortable.

I'm 55 and have been coming to this location on Irby st , Florence SC my whole life . I mostly use a take out location now but occasionaly dine in here . The staff was very helpfull and friendly. I even saw them feed a homeless couple . Food was great as usual.

Terrible service! The workers do not read online orders accurately but then it’s supposed to be the customers fault. The manager on shift (Dillion) had a very poor response to correcting my order. This is my second experience within three months with this man being the shift manager and orders online are not being made correctly.
Great place to go. Good pricing, good food and our server was the best. Only problem....... no beer.?

My class(WHS) before the pandemic for years would have our class meetings here. The service was excellent! The young lady kept checking with us to make sure we were okay. They greet you when you walk in.Keep up the good work you guys!!
