We thoroughly enjoyed our meal while visiting Florence and what made it spectacular was our waiter, Jacoby. He was attentive and really pleasant. Thanks Jacoby!

Traveling thru. Our server, Cash, was wonderful. Chicken a bit overcooked, veggies- unseasoned- restaurant had odd odor and could use good cleaning. But overall experience was alright.

We came late (9pm) after a long travel day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming to our large party. McKayla was the perfect waitress! Our food came out quick and was delicious. I would definitely come back and recommend to others.

First time and of course it took way longer than it should have. Our server was good and apologized for the time it took. We'll go back and try again. The atmosphere is pretty cool.

The appetizers were burnt and we waited for almost an hour and a half and still didn't have our food.

We came into Florence for a show ... went to have an early dinner (4pm) in a group of 10. My husband said his buffalo chicken tacos were ok. I ordered salmon on the ceasar salad and it was tasty but tiny(!) and +$12 so when we talked to the waitress, she had it taken off. We also got onion rings which had very little taste. Our waitress was very nice but forgot several things. The servers all looked overwhelmed actually. We waited forever for service, apps, food, drinks. The decore was cool, reminding me of New Orleans, making the atmosphere fun!!

I have been eating at Red Bone Alley ever since I was a young girl going there on dates. Now I'm Well, put it this way, I'm a married "young girl" of 20 years, and still going! They day I found out I was pregnant with my first child, my husband picked up a pregnancy test, and an order of shrimp and grits, and then the tradition carried on to my second child. I even was thrown a baby shower there with each pregnancy so needless to say, Red Bone Alley is a special place! My husband and I just went there to celebrate 20 years of marriage there and the amazing food (shrimp and grits for me of course) made us reminiscent of our lives together and the wonderful journey it's taken us on! Thank you Red Bone Alley for being a reminder of how delicious life can be!

I recently held a Book Signing at this location. The service and atmosphere was great. We had a wonderful experience and had a very attentive waitress. The area was very clean and food and drink service was excellent. I would recommend this location for future events. It was easy to schedule this location also. Very friendly staff.

Have gone here my whole life and the past few years the food has gone down hill. Came back from college today and my family got redbone for dinner and it was disappointing. They didn’t give us our two appetizers so I had to drive all the way back to get it. I got the mixed grill (29$) and my rice was uncooked my shrimp was like dried up, it was like chewing a tire, and my veggies where ether mush or dry/over cooked. The steak was okay but the glaze was like someone put maple syrup on my steak and last thing is that apparently they don’t know what a Caesar salad is. It shouldn’t come with ranch, it shouldn’t have tomato’s in it and it shouldn’t have store bought shredded cheddar. Actually and sad meal. Only thing goin is that it’s cool inside, THATS IT.Do better this place was my childhood

Ordered pimento cheese burger. No cheese, the fries cold. The music is so loud,I l left it with a headache. My feet stuck to the floor on the passway to the bathroom. I truly don't know how they hold a rating to stay open. The servers are polite but seemed overworked .

Very disappointing experience. I had the shrimp tacos. They had 3 of the smallest shrimp I've ever seen. Two others had steaks which were $30 a piece and tiny and burnt. The food took 1.5 hours to come out. The live music was so loud we couldn't conversate. The ice cream truck only had one flavor... Needless to say we won't be back.
