My father went in the get a tire the workers wouldn't let him get it even though they called multiple times for him too come get it then when he came to get it they wouldn't let him take it so they got into an argument he left too come get me and my mother form the orthodontist we came back and as my mother was writing the claim the police came involved for apparently trespassing even though they wanted us to finished the claim/statement if I could I would give them 0 stars cuz that was uncalled for and racial profiling for nothing.

Prices and promotions are to be had, customer service is what you would expect from a big store, but getting better. I still wonder why I get carded for a wine purchase at 67 though. Was told that's the policy, and I had to go out to the car that was parked to get it. Strange!

Staff are less than friendly except in the pharmacy. The pharmacists and techs are very nice but the actual store sucks. You will ALWAYS wait in line. They close the cafe early. Many days they are out of stuff in the cafe. Their drink machine is hit or miss. Not sure what the point of scan and go is when you have to wait longer in the door line than a register. They also fired a man with autism years ago as they would not make accommodations for him anymore. He was seriously the mascot of the store. Fortunately, another business (Harris Teeter) offered him a job and he has been there since but they are not very nice people here.

Just moved here from Ohio. Came into Sam's club paid $50 for a membership. Went to eat at the cafe there. The drink fountain was out. The lady's working a the cafe were rude and very disrespectful. Went to a manager or a CSM I thought to speak to a manager. When she called I he manager up to the cafe. The CSM was making faces and pointing at me as I was walking behind her. My husband seen this. He said something to the manager about it. The manager said she seen it too and it was not okay, she'd talk to her. We all ate and began to shop. My daughter which is 25 with her there children under 6 yrs old. Was looking at the underage armor shorts. An employee came up on us and asked my daughter to not lean on the clothes. She replied she was trying to fix the sign she had knocked off by accident trying to find the sales price of the shorts. The employee then was asked what the sales price was she replied the prices are right there. So we placed the shorts down and proceeded to walk away. I said I paid $50 for a membership to be treated like shit in a store not once but twice. The employee got sassy and replied she wasn't being no what way. She proceed to inform me she pays for the same membership as I do. She continued to get smart and loud. When I went to speak to a store manager the manager was apologetic. But did not do anything to fix the situation. Another lady ( the same CSM making faces) came up talking about white people this that.. it didn't have a damn thing to do about the color of mine or the employee skin. It was a fact that you treat people how you want to be treated. Disrespect is Disrespect. Last time I will ever shop in that store. I did call Sam's corporate store and made a complaint. This is not a race matter. It's a matter of respect. If your employees can't be respectful, How do you expect customers to return. I was simply going in to shop for some items to take to the beach. WORSE PLAVE EVER! If I could had gave ZERO stars I would...

This is the worse Sams Club I have ever been visited in my life. The cafe is nasty and disgusting. The fountain sodas have been broken for 2 months per employees but yet they are selling drinks taking peoples money for nasty drinks. 1 employee working the cafe. I won’t ever visit this Sams again. Be ware be warned DO NOT EAT FROM THIS CAFE IN THIS SAMS CLUB. 2 months and the fountain machines are still broken and yet you are selling food and drinks. Where’s DHEC when you need them. Believe me I am calling and making this report. People were getting drinks tasting the nasty and dumping it back out into the machines. People wonder how we get sick this is how.

I like Sam’s over all but…. If you’re getting you’re membership relying heavily on curbside pickup (The sales associates that bring your items are great.) ; but please be aware that their app doesn’t send you a notice like Walmart’s does if they cancel an item so if it close to closing 9 times out of 10 they are already at the door a few minutes before closing ( They don’t take in account the time it took to get your pickup brought to your car.)and they won’t let you get a replacement item even if you’re using scan and go. I know all Sam’s clubs and managers are not alike but this has happened to me twice at the Sam’s club in Florence SC on Beltline Drive; and as a disabled Vet some days are hard so I just wanted to give a heads up to others with disabilities that my be relying on this service.

Can't recommend this one. It was never well managed or staffed, but really bad now. Don't bother asking questions - you just get uhms and blank stares and bad guesses. And not much interest to improve.

This club has been open for a while. Staff is always friendly and professional which has been harder lately with these rude behind people there come in during COVID.
Gas price was great but the sign out front was deceptive. I paid 2.64.9 the sign said 2.58.Customer support couldn’t do anything about it and after shopping for a while apparently they couldn’t take the time to correct the sign.

Don't go to the tire store!!! They are clueless and come up with all sorts of excuses and liability issues as to working on 20" tires. I work on vehicles am ASE and EVT certified and heard numerous new excuses... At least I got a good chuckle this afternoon.

The hot dog combo is so good sometimes I only go there for the combo a big beef dog with mustard,ketchup,relish,onions & a big Pepsi for $1.70 you can't beat that love it yum!!

We live 45 minutes away and try to shop at Sam's at least once a month. EVERYTIME we go to Sam's they are sold out of everything. This trip, we had to wait in a line for 20 minutes to get inside, the cafe was closed and my husband had to use the restroom which was closed, has to go outside to use the temporary bathroom OUTSIDE then had to wait in line 20 more minutes to get back inside. We will drive farther to go to another Sams location.
