If I could give this location in Florence SC a negative rating, I would. I ordered a med chicken fiesta meal and my guy ordered a plain turkey bacon....only turkey lettuce and bacon....we specified this specifically to the girl taking the order. Sat down and waited at least 40 minutes for our food....and people who had ordered in the drive thru were coming inside and waiting...girl bringing out the food kept wandering around with trays trying to find where the food belonged. I finally went and stood by kitchen, along with many others, waiting for our food....several orders just sitting in the window with no numbers being called out...and the same girl wandering around with food was the one running the register, taking orders....so my food finally came up and I grabbed it and went back to the table. His sandwich had tomato which it wasn't supposed to...thank God no mayo cause he hates it. My sandwich had a tiny bit of meat in the middle and the bread was different than I remember....and we paid over $30. I will NEVER go to this location EVER again. I was so excited to eat there because it had been years since I had seen a Schlotzsky's.....VERY disappointed.

Cashier was very friendly. But ended there. No diet Coke or regular Coke. After waiting 16 minutes brought me wrong order. Waited another 15 minutes before I got my sandwich. Ridiculous

The cashier was watching TV on her table at a table when we walked in. She continued at the counter while we ordered. We tried to ask a question about an item, and she shrugged her shoulders. I got the French dip, and the dipping was thick, almost like a syrup and super bitter. The tea was sour, and my husband's bread on his sandwich was so hard. He couldn't even bite it.We drive an hour once or twice a month to come there and we were very disappointed with everything.

I ordered a veggie sandwich, the young man that was on the grill has to come and help the young lady on the cash register. He proceeded to go back to the grill and I had to tell him to change his gloves before fixing my sandwich.

Lack of effort… no effort. The Cinnabon experience is lacking.. zero to NO effort. At the cost of these Cinnabons it was ridiculous. Do not go here!

Sandwiches should be served hot, not cold. Food was not out to table {ad we were told) and no order numbers were announced. Big delay in getting the order.

Potato soup was good. But didn't get breadsticks, that were supposed to come with it, that was on the sign. Even after I asked about the breadsticks I didn't get it.

Normally I give this place all 5 stars but today was different. Only seemed to have 1 person working there and he was swamped. Took over 45 minutes to get our order. Hopefully it will be better next time.

We love eating Schlotzky's. We no longer have them in Minnesota. We try to stop during road trips. However, the food wasn't worth the detour on our trip. The order wasn't right and the sandwiches weren't very good. The bread was much thinner than usual.

If I could give a negative star, I would. The inside is dirty, couldn't order regular lunch food at 1:30 bc the baker just came in. The EMS discount was determined by going back and forth on what to do. The cashier continued to talk, laugh and make jokes while taking orders. The BBQ jalapeño pizza was made on flatbread causing it to be half the size of the normal one, yet cost just as much. There is no way I will ever visit this store again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. This store use to be great. I don't know what has happened but you will continue to loose business this way!

When I paid around $9 for a Cinnabon and Drink, I don't understand why it wasn't warmed, which I asked the employees to do twice! Do they not listen to customers? This could be a really good place if you had employees who showed some interest in their job. I strongly recommend McAllister's on the other side of W. Palmetto a few thousand feet away. You won't be disappointed with their meals and service.

Ran out of bread. I kinda see why they died out in so many places.
