A great venue for craft beer enthusiasts that like to stay active and entertained. There is an expansive indoor space with axe throwing lanes and billard tables. For pleasant weather days, they have ample outdoor seating in their beer garden. Parking is plentiful.

I visited in December and I have been looking forward to being back in town so can visit again. Their beer, food and hospitality are all top notch. When you go you have to try thier onion rings!!! I will definitely have some tonight.

Tasty beer, friendly bartender! The food was pretty overcooked though. Burgers charred and wings very dry.

I travel a lot, and usually look for a brewpub to eat and drink. There is something about local craft beer and fresh food that just goes well together. It is uncommon to find a place that does so many things so badly. Let's start with the service. We sat at the bar. Most places that have bartenders expect the bartender to interact with the customers. This place was nearly empty and it took over 5 minutes for her to take our beverage order. I ordered the citrocity beer, or as I'll call it from now on, crappy ipa. The beer was somewhat flat, had very little flavor and left a distinct dirt taste for its finish. Many of you have been to multiple breweries and know the taste. My wife had the seltzer, which was remarkable for the flavor it was missing. We started our meal with fried pickles. The pickles came out quickly. The ranch dressing tasted like it came from Aldi. The pickles were hot and incredibly greasy. I ordered the chicken cheese steak. Chicken and cheese on a stale bun. The other toppings were missing. The chicken tasted raw. My side was sweet potato fries, which came out cold and covered in oil. I've been to brewpubs in 46 states and this place is hands down the worst in 46 states. Do yourselves a favor next time you're hungry, go buy a bud light and a hot dog off the rollers at the gas station.

In honesty, we originally stopped at a brewery nearby, but while waiting to order got super negative vibes from the staff & decided to leave...best decision ever because our experience at Seminar was fantastic; a gem of a find along our long road trip. Arriving at 9:30pm (easy parking in their own on-site lot)-when they closed at 10pm- we nicely asked first did they mind us popping in so late for a brew & we were immediately greeted by the friendliest staff; not only telling us come on in, but offering samples & recommendations. Having had Pixels IPA before & rating 4stars, we were excited to try their other ample IPA varieties & opted for a flight (4brews 5oz $11). Megapixels 3star creamy clean citraSobbing Mathematically 5star juicy hop forward, American that tastes hazyCitocity 5star fruity malty delicious comboVanilla the Hun 5star didn't expect to like-let my husband chose a brew-but was damn creamy roasty, dark chocolateBlockhead 5star tropical hazy, light clouds creamy(they also offer half-pints $5-6 in lieu of full pints $7-8)While we just hung out at the bar, the space had a lot of offer including bar games, recreational games (pool, axe throwing, small arcade section), and food Amazing ambiance-patient, knowledgeable, welcoming staff- with amazing brews-very much wish we lived closer to be regulars-highly recommend

Seminar Brewing is a great place to try new beers and have delicious pizza. The wait staff is very kind and patient and knowledgeable. The bathrooms are clean. I always enjoy our visits to Seminar Brewing.

Their hours state open until 11:00 on Sundays and we got there at 9:00 and their doors were locked and there were a few people inside. Terrible business model.

All the beer tastes like they dumped vodka in it. Food tastes like they ran to Walmart and plugged in the $50 air fryer. Not to mention. The prices are silly gooses lousy! $9 for piss mixed with shit and vodka. The ambience.....turn on the AC. 2 stars for the axe throwing! Solid!

Nice selection of local brew. Ax throwing. Bar food. Last visit was on the warm side, I think the A/C was broken. Will return.

Have always had a good time here but came to grab a bite an hour and 15 minutes before closing and the kitchen was closed. They close at 10.

Stopped in on our way to FL. Being seasoned craft beer drinkers (we’re over79) we always check out local breweries when traveling.I’m A Hazy IPA drinker, the Pixels was delicious, just the right amount of citrus. Hubby enjoyed the Strata Smash, 3 to be exact. Now the BBQ, outstanding, again, have many years of eating BBQ and the Sloppy Hog ranks as one of the best. Will be back on our next trip. Best wishes SEMINAR. Sorry you didn’t have stickers, I collect and put in my den. Maybe next time.

Pay attention to your bills and the automatic gratuity charge. They apply it freely (and manually), even when you haven't met the threshold. These guys overcharged me, admitted it, and never reconciled it. Over a month of attempts to contact by phone or email. Sent a copy of my receipt as requested. They'd say, "The manager will call you back to fix it." I tried BBB as a last resort, and they still couldn't be bothered to respond.
