These ribs beat out Holt Bros, Cains, and Roger's. Moist, meaty, and flavorful. I had the fried okra and mac and cheese, which to my taste needed salt. The only problem was all (yes I checked...the ones at the back were not sticky) the tables at the front of the restaurant were so sticky, it was like someone had rubbed them down with syrup

Bbq was different but good, loved the pulled pork, ribs had alot fat on em but was still good and the chicken strips really didn't go with bbq. Sides was good staff was hardly ever seen

My gosh, what do people want? This is one of the best places to eat ribs, chicken wings, pork. Most of the meats are cooked all kinds of different ways. I don't know about the deserts, but bet they're good too. The baked beans are sooooo good & so is the okra. I haven't had any of the other sides yet, but I will & I'll let everyone know how good they are also.

Been a long time favorite when in Florence, the Spicy BBQ sauce is great on pork or chicken, love the potato salad as well. Last couple trips there the cleanliness has been subpar and the food prep has been off. Time to do better job cleaning and better care of good presentation.

I went to the franchise in Florence, SC. I ordered the smothered pork expecting the chopped pork as advertised. I got pulled pork and it wasn't pulled well, I took a bite and almost half the pork came out of my sandwich. I also asked for the macaroni and cheese as my side and they gave me fries. I did get the mac and cheese but it was just meh. The fries were the best part of the meal. All th he tr ables were excessively sticky even after wiping down. Will never go to that location again.

I wasn’t impressed at all. It was our first time eating here today and right off the bat the staff member seemed annoyed and not very friendly. Seemed distracted since she also had, who I am assuming was, her kid with her at work. However, that all I can put aside if the food is good & worth it.. but it wasn’t. Just bland & blah bbq. Hunt bros bbq, another bbq place near by, is absolutely superior to Shane’s rib shack... or even Texas road house. I don’t think I’ll be back sadly.
I called to order from Columbia, SC. Since there is not a Shane's Rib Shack here, a friend was picking up for me. I spoke with Sam, who was very polite and helpful. He made a special order without seasonings that I can't eat. The items were wrapped in foil and were still warm by the time I got them. What a special treat! Count yourself lucky if you have a Shane's nearby. The meats are always great and fit a low-carb diet perfectly.

Lololololol. I asked this boy at the front what kind of BBQ sauce they use and he says,"regular" lol what. I said please ask the cook and he says what you mean what kind. Should have walked out then but I waited. I said is it ketchup, mustard or vinegar based. He says no its not mustard. I was like ok welllllll what about the other two choices there genius. Needless to say I just left and never tried there over priced freezer BBQ. Wont be open long anyway.

Good fried okra, wish it came with a sauce (togo). Terrible peach cobbler. There was MAYBE enough peach bits to be two slices. Some crispy parts but mostly just a doughy paste of some kind? Very disappointed.
