Went to Starbucks at 1925 Mountain Laurel Ct, in Florence SC, this morning and got my free Veterans Day coffee. The staff were so friendly and professional so I genuinely felt proud to be in their presence. This is how Veterans and people in general are suppose to feel and be treated. Thanks Starbucks for the start of a wonderful Veterans Day 2023!!!!!

The staff is hardworking and my drinks were amazing but the management needs to change. I was in the lobby and watched the manager yell at the entire staff because she didn't know what time her employees were getting off. Absolutely ridiculous

I really like this location. The staff is efficient and very friendly. I like a regular cup of coffee (not common at Starbucks these days). But it is always fresh, even later in the day, which I appreciate.My only issue is its sooo cold in there! But not enough to drop a star. Keep up the good work :)

Literally waited in line for over 20 minutes, for one drink, got to the window took them probably 3 minutes or more to even take my
No one had a smile or greeted customers, no one to tell you who's drinks were who's, the drinks were just sitting all over the counter, several customers searching and touching lids on others drinks that were just sitting there because no one knew who's drinks were who's. Counter sticky with drinks being searched out by customers. Pretty store, great location, but absolutely horrible customer service.

At 12:01, I placed a mobile order today. When I got to work, I realized the order was wrong. I called the store and told them I could not return for them to fix the order because I was at work, nor would I be on that side of town for at least a week. Their only remedy was to come today to have them fix the drink. That is not an option for me.I also used the chat feature to try to resolve this issue. The agent allowed the conversation to time out twice. It took almost 20 minutes for the agent to even respond in the first place, and then he wouldn't even resolve the issue. I had to throw this drink away. This particular Starbucks gets 1 out of every 4 drink orders wrong for me. I normally let it go, but enough is enough. It has newer management and since the change in management, the customer service has generally gone downhill. I feel I am a good, steady Starbucks customer, but this lack of customer service is way too much.

There is ALWAYS a guy out front at the very end of the drive thru line smoking nasty cigarettes, talking on his cell phone, and when you pull out of the drive thru he yells at you trying to bum money. Always. Very off putting and makes my wife very uncomfortable the way he yells so loudly. Very startling for her.
