Quality of the Frappuccinos has definitely gone down; I’ve gotten the same drink caramel Frappuccino for years loved it was a good balance of caramel & coffee now you don’t taste either it just taste like milk ?

The woman who took my order had excellent customer service skills. She also exhibited patience with the group in front of me, which seemed to be having a bit of difficulty deciding what they wanted. She prepared my order personally. This was a great experience and refreshing after having experienced a few bad customer service experiences at other establishments recently.

My iced Caramel macchiato was fixed perfectly, and the guy fixing it was amazing!! The best personality!!
Good frappe. The sugar cookie flavor is a good seasonal option I really enjoyed. My Starbucks always has dirty tables though.

The absolute worst service. My order was supposed to be ready at 3:15 pm and I did not get it until after the barista served every single person in the restaurant plus others that came in after I did. I will drive to the other location no matter how close this one is to my home. Don't let the color of my skin make you treat me like I am less than you. Customer Service is key when dealing with people who actually work in customer service.
