I wish I could leave a zero. This my second time stopping here in the morning around 8am and no one never comes to the windows or answers the drive thru. Then after waiting they come popping out the back after I waited over 5 minutes. U better off just going to a disregard different tacobell because this one service is horrible!!!

I stopped by on the way home to pick up some food for my family and I. It was only 2 workers and it was a long line. The guy making the food was quick but he forgot to give me some food I ordered. I mentioned it to the cashier and then the cook apologized and fixed everything I needed. He was so polite and I was patient as he was working very hard to get everyone’s orders correct. I appreciate the sense of urgency and kindness he showed while working under pressure. The food taste good and we enjoyed every bite.

Very difficult to communicate with the particular Staff Member at the drive thru. I tried three times to list my order, and then when I got to the window, he had to confirm again and had an item missing. But I got everything I ordered once we understand each other :-) and the food was good.

Pulled into the drive-thru, waited 5 minutes with no response, back out of the drive-thru and pulled back in, also received no response, so I proceeded to park and was refused service before I can even walk inside the building. This is very unprofessional establishment and the rating of 3.1 stars is in fact accurate.

Their door says 24 hours but its locked go through other door staff playing on cell phones and say we open at 9am really then why the door say 24 hours ??? Its 830am why are you here then?? This place has gone down hill.. i have come to this loacation 3am and it was open and i got food. People just dont want to work
