Ordered the NEW Cantina Chicken Quesadilla today! The taste was good but it was SOOOO greasy it was hard to eat and was soggy. Not sure what they need to do correct this but I would not recommend the Quesadilla at least due to that. Will give the taco a try to see if it's the same way.

We got there at 11:27 p.m. they don't close till 12:00 but they were out of half the stuff. When we got our order it was was missing some food and they would not come back to the window to correct it. We finally got their attention and they got nasty with us.

I was eating my food and saw an opened sunflower seed in my nacho sauce around second shift around 5:00 maybe 5:30. I got disgusted. I called them and said I don’t want a refund or anything I just want to tell yall that it was a sunflower seed in food and all I ask was for them to tell their employees to be careful or stop eating. The lady on the phone told me “welll nobody don’t eat seed flowers seeds here , and I don’t allow them to eat on the floor “welll obviously SOMEONE was eating on the floor if it’s a spitted out sunflower in my food!! That is beyond nastyyy . I love Taco Bell dearly but it’s nasty employees like that who make me pick which location to go too . Definitely well be speaking to corporate only because she had a very nasty attitude on the phone! ?
Stopped here for lunch as a break on a long road trip. The cashier was attentive & friendly. My food was served hot as it should have been & was tasty

I would not even give single star either if they personally asks me. One of the worst location I have ever tasted. Those two black girl who works on night shift always passing time and never serve a good food anytime. I wish sometime call the cops and hand it over them. NEVER GO THER, NEVER
Horrible establishment and will not consider this under any circumstance. Went to pull my taco supreme out of the bag in drive through, and it spilled out all over me. The way that they had made them and then set them in the bag unwrapped made it impossible to remove. On top of that, they had forgotten the order of 2 soft tacos. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to.

The location is garbage one of the worst I can have in US. The managers serves you sheets in terams of your order. Please take serious action among all the employees from 7pm to 1am. These guys don’t want to work. Whatever you ask in drive through they will tell we are out of that. Peace of sheet management. I am from chicago and never have such bad experience. I am writing review after 5-6 experience so don’t comeback by judge my comments
