The food and service were amazing. However, we were seated next to a lady with 2 dogs who were supposed to be service dogs. While I understand the need for them, I feel there should have been a separate seating area for them, or we should have been asked were we ok being seated next to them. When the lady got up to leave with her 2 dogs, one of them sneezed and shook. Which had the potential for dog hair to fly into people's food and on the table. Staffing didn't take into consideration allergies that others may have.

I ordered my steak well done and it came out with red in the middle. If it had been a little pink, I would have been okay with that but it was red. They took it back to the kitchen and mostly finished cooking it. There was still a little pink in it. By the time it came out, my french fries and corn were cold and my wife had finished her meal. We will not be going back there any time soon. And that makes me sad, because we typically have good experiences.

My wife and I came to the Florence Roadhouse on the 9th of this month. We were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary. Everything was great except for the steak I ordered. I ordered the 14oz ribeye. The steak tasted very good, what was there. I had to pick through the entire steak to find the meat and cut out the fat. I ended up with approximately 5 to 6oz of fat. I know ribeye's have some fat on them, but this was way to much. I mentioned this to our waitress and her response was ribeye's have fat on them. Our waitress was Jesssss or Jussss, not sure of the spelling. She was fantastic and all else was good. I was just very disappointed over the steak, with the amount of fat on it.Dietary restrictions: way to much salt on potato, I had to wipe it off, after that it was great.

I recently visited Texas Roadhouse and let me tell you, it was a wild ride. I mean, who knew steaks and ribs could be so thrilling?First of all, the taste of their food was top-notch. The steaks were cooked to perfection, and the ribs were fall-off-the-bone tender. But let's talk about the quality of meat they use - it was like biting into a little piece of heaven.And don't even get me started on the flavor! I swear, each bite was a party in my mouth. It's like they have a secret seasoning that takes their food to a whole other level.Overall, I highly recommend Texas Roadhouse for anyone looking for a fun and delicious dining experience. Just be prepared to have your taste buds blown away!

Today was my first time ordering the viral family meal. I was a little disappointed with the salad and roll portions. Other customers who purchased from other Texas Roadhouses received their salad in a half aluminum pan while I received mine in a to-go tray. I only received 7 rolls when other locations have given 12 rolls. I’m not sure why this is inconsistent across the chain but I would suggest the Florence location defer to giving the larger portions because the cost is the same at all locations. I also tried to call the store and get someone on the phone to explain the inconsistency to me but could not get through. The other food I received was fine.

Taylor was an incredible server. She was kind, helpful and attentive. The food at this location is very salty but maybe I’m just more used to northern Texas road house restaurants. The bread rolls are everything!
