We are so glad to have this restaurant locally. The food is consistently good, as is the service. We enjoy the ambiance: upscale but still comfortable. A place for that occasional special meal with friends, family or just the two of us. Thank you for another enjoyable evening!

Our host Nathan was AMAZING! He knew the menu, had recommendations for every taste bud and just did an overall EXCELLENT job! He made me forget that I was in Florence, SC! The food was DELICIOUS! Town Hall never disappoints! I hope their standards of service never change! It was an added touch to have the manager stop by to speak with us and collect plates. WOW!

Town Hall is our favorite when we find ourselves in Florence. Their cocktail and wine selections are wide-ranging. We enjoyed the oyster/egg appetizer, and the wedge salad dressing was excellent. Their menu changes and the entrees we had - chicken and seafood stew - were both well prepared. You can't top hummingbird cake for dessert and a glass of port topped off a lovely birthday dinner. Attentive and friendly service.

We were seated near the bar. Very noisy and distracting. Since I had reservations, I assumed that we would be seated in the dining area. We showed up 10 minutes before our reservation to ensure that we our table was held...and we still were placed near the bar. We've been at Town Hall several times, so I expected better treatment. Overall, the service was decent and the food was good.
We had a great meal. Dillon was a great server. He made recommendations and was very attentive. The entire staff seems to work as a team picking up for each other to provide quality service. I got the pork chop. It was cooked perfectly and the beans that he was served on were famouse. My husband ordered the my strip and he stated it was delicious. Great cut and cooked perfect with a fabulous sauce. We will continue to go here. It's nice to have a more fine dinning option in Florence.
Town Hall always delivers . A very busy Saturday night with multiple large parties . The staff was on top of it. Food came out from kitchen when ready . Lane is a delight as a waiter ! Great job Town Hall.

Second time coming to this restaurant on a one night stay in Florence. The food is very good, the menu creative, the atmosphere super nice. Our waiter Desmond was very knowledgeable and welcoming. We'll be back next year.

Housemade sausage was outstanding as usual. We had two orders of the hanger steak and one order of the special which was rack of lamb. All entrees were wonderful. We were celebrating our son's birthday, and the staff certainly made it special for him. The cheesecake was amazing.
Amazing food, great service... but too damn loud. Too many hard surfaces, so nothing is muffled. It's beyond “energetic”, it's disturbing. But worth putting up with for the food
Had my anniversary dinner here and the service made the night extra special. They went above and beyond to help us celebrate. Food was delicious and the atmosphere was intimate but lively.
There was an issue we had with our order, and the staff went above and beyond to make it right. Good service isn't always about everything running smoothly. It is about how a restaurant responds to unforeseen problems.

We ate here on a Tuesday night and were warmly greeted by staff. Nice wine selection. Placed our orders and waited awhile for our meals. Ordered a burger and substituted fries for a kale salad. Burger came with fries not salad. This was quickly remedied. The kitchen over peppered the salad which I couldn't eat. Husband did not get the side he ordered until finished with his pork chop. Manager came over and gave us a couple nightcaps on the house which was a nice gesture. Overall just an okay experience for the price. Might have just been an off night for them.

Our server was very nice and friendly but service was slow. However, we were comped an appetizer. The wine we ordered wasn't available so we were upsold to a more expensive bottle. Why not give us the price for the bottle we ordered? The food just wasn't that great like it was when we dined there before. My fish (some kind of snapper) was tough and the red beans and rice weren't anything like red beans and rice I've ever had before and not that good. My husband's burger was overcooked and dry even though he asked for medium. We took leftovers home but just threw it away. Overall not impressed.

Service was great. Atmosphere was outstanding. Staff was very friendly. Food was exceptional. Very clean and organized. Somewhat expensive depending on what you get. Server was very courteous and helpful. We will come back.
First, my steak was undercooked. Then it came with some strange sauce that I did not ask for and the menu did not describe or allude to the fact that there was even a sauce. The steak fires I ordered were more sliced pieces of baked potato slathered with some sort of oil. Gross. Lastly the servrce was slow. I get that it was early on NYE, however the waitstaff kept telling us our order was coming”in a minute”. The meal came 25 minutes later. Totally disappointed and could not wait to leave. Poor menu that lacked detail, slow service, poor tasting food for a very expensive meal that was not worth it.
