Go in to order and wait in line for 10mins to be told the closing the lobby and that I'd have to go wait in line outside. Same location another day told me after waiting in line in the drive thru that it would be an additional 15mins before they could even take my order. Won't be going back.

This is the food we got tonight. 20$ for spoiled brown smelly lettuce, hard chicken, no bacon we paid extra for, no fries and everything that comes with a taco salad wasn’t even in the bag.

I usually don't bother with reviews. I was skeptical because the manager was cordial and the cashier was respectful and kind. Whoever the grill person was, was a poor reflection on the manager and rest of staff. Never get offended when you serve a customer warm or cold food. Fast food is expensive. I returned a biggie bag, and ordered the big baconator sandwich $8 + sm. fry, $12 total. Because the 1st sandwich was cold along with the rest of the food, and had bacon (which I asked not to have.) To be spiteful, they put the sandwich into the microwave, scraped off the bacon, but left a piece. The microwave caused it to have to much heat. I started to go back, but decided to be the bigger person. It's sad the lack of respect shown to patrons. Treat your manager better, and respect the job the public is trusting you to do. I wasn't nasty or disrespectful. I just wanted what I ordered bcuz I was hungry, and that should be my right. That was a very petty, nasty, and childish thing to do. Hopefully, the next time you're hungry someone will return the favor and you'll see what it feels like.

Went through drive thru and the lady taking the order sounded like she was aggravated from the jump. Lady at the window was extremely nice. Food was horrible fries were old and tasted like they had been cooked in old grease. Chicken sandwich was nasty! I took two bites and threw it away. Drinks tasted like they had cleaner in it. Waste of $20 will never do this Wendy's again
Went therebtoday around 5:30pm 10/30/23 they are super slow, playing more than working. The young lady working the window with long black hair act like she too good to be there and better than everyone. I finally recieve my food and it was cold will not return.

I have stopped here two days in a row, once for dinner and once for lunch. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Everything in order was correct, special ordered and very good. Wife and I were very impressed and now drive to this location even though the drive is further. Drive through was quick and friendly.

Around 3:59 pm on August 9, 2023. I purchased a Medium Sweet Tea at the drive thru. It cost $2.74. Once I gave the cashier $5.00 she gave me $1.74 in change. I then asked for a receipt. She gave me a receipt that was cut off by the register. She was supposed to give me $2.26 in change. I left the drive thru before I could figure out what was on the receipt. This is not the place I will come back and spend another cent.

Myself and 4 other people walked in together and the woman behind counter said loudly you can just go out I am going home and closing. This was 4:25 in the afternoon. Won't be going back.
