It's a buffet with some of the best hot fresh BBQ, fried fish, fried shrimp, awesome stuffed crabs and allllll the fixings. New favorite spot for when I come to Florence!

Such a very subjecting thing, barbecue. This one wasn't for me, unfortunately. I've never been a "BBQ buffet" person. Just doesn't seem right, but we went ahead and tried it. Best thing on there was the catfish. Aside from that, all the meats seemed to taste the same. The sides were bland and their chicken bog just tasted like salted rice. The price seemed OK for a buffet. Staff was hit or miss.... One was alright, a couple others were a bit cranky, like we were a bother to them. If you like Woodstone, that's awesome, I just won't probably go back anytime soon.

Hair was in dessert and only gave partial refund for food. Bad customer service. I had my entire family and wanted full refund for what I paid for me and my kids.

We went here last Saturday night with another couple. We moved here 2 years ago and many have said how good this place was although little expensive. Walked in and interior was dated. You pay upfront and hostess seats you. Not a good set up as entrance area very small. Waitress was very good refilling drinks and clearing table. Food was average at best. Not sure why everyone thinks the food is so good. Mashed potatoes was soupy. Believe it was $14.18 per person and was not worth half that. If you want a soda its $1.69 for 20 oz bottle, no fountain soda. I'd suggest going to Golden Coral. Much better food and variety for less. Also have fountain soda with refills. We would never go back here again

1-19. Sunday lunch. Food was good. Service was terrible. We did not mind waiting on the table. When the waitress with the pink on her cap stated to us as she looked at our receipt. She glared at my grandbaby (2yrs old) and said " He not eating?" We stated "yes". She proceeded to say "I will let it slide this time but it is a dollar per year until a child turns 10. I will talk with the cashier about this, she lied to you all." She proceeded to strom toward the cashier and immediately pulled her to the side. Meal was destroyed but I paid that two dollars. I asked for a manager but they were to busy. I only wanted to let them know about my concerns not wanting a free meal. I am blessed. Just wanted them to know the first waitress needed some customer service tips or classes and second waitress was busy but helpful.

Traveled out to Florence today because we'd heard how good Woodstone's was. Well, we were NOT disappointed. The shrimp and fish were every bit as good as the expensive seafood buffets in Myrtle Beach. Mac and cheese was excellent. The sweet potato casserole was sooo yummy! Everything was awesome. Can't wait to go back.

I think it's ridiculous to charge adult prices for children older than age 10. That means for Sunday lunch, I paid the same price for an adult meal (roughly $14) as for my 12 year old daughter who doesn't eat enough for a $5 buffet. We actually don't eat here that often because I feel we get ripped off paying adult prices for a child. (I guess Woodstone thinks they've improved as they used to charge $1 per year of age for kids, which was also nuts.). The cashier didn't seem to give a flippin' hoot when I mentioned that my daughter wouldn't eat enough for an adult buffet charge.

We had a group of about 16 who went to Woodstone BBQ after church on Sunday. The wait was maybe 20 minutes in a very busy restaurant, which I find to be very reasonable. To be honest, I was disappointed when I heard that we were going to a buffet for lunch because the food is often mass produced and kind of bland, but I was pleasantly surprised. I mostly had fried shrimp and Mac and cheese, and both were quite good. I would go back again.

This is a traditional southern buffet with barbeque, fried seafood, vegetables and deserts. It's one price including drinks, with the buffet easy to get around. When the doors are open, the line is forming. When in Florence, Woodstone.

This is the best BBQ in our area. We most often get it to go, at least once a week. They are very generous with their helpings. And it's all soooo good! I'm a true southern girl and I know good BBQ. WoodstoneBBQ and Seafood knows how to cook it. Never greasy. I've changed restaurants because of that. If y'all have had the same problem at another place in town...then you will be glad to find WoodstoneBBQ So if y'all haven't gone by there and tried it, what are y'all waiting for? Give them a try this weekend! You will have a great new BBQ Restaurant from then on.
