You pick your choice of homemade pasta and sauce. The fettuccine Alfredo sauce with shrimp was delicious , as well as the Caesar salad and garlic bread. Also , the spaghetti with tomato basil red sauce and meatballs was delicious too. This is a more casual atmosphere where you order at the counter, pay , then they bring the food to your table. I noticed a lot of carry out orders . A wide range of alcoholic beverages available too. Great beach restaurant.

Alfredo's is amazing! Great authentic Italian food and great staff. Homemade pasta was amazing, would recommend. If you're looking for an Italian restaurant in Folly Beach, Alfredo's is the place to go.

Great place to get some delicious food! My family and I were on vacation and we stopped here 3 times in the week because we loved it so much.Service is also amazing, very kind. They asked me about our trip and shared a few vacation stories of their own.Would give more stars if I could.

This place is the real deal. Food is absolutely delicious, authentic and the owner is such a nice guy who always greets you with a smiling face. Definitely the best food on folly, some of the best in Charleston. Must

This place is spectacular. Truly a hidden gem. My friends and I had one of our favorite meals here. A place on Folly that serves homemade pastas (omg the bucatini), delicious sauces, and wonderful paninis? We couldn't believe how authentic everything tasted and how kind the owner was. We can't wait to come back to Folly Beach so we can visit Alfredo's again

This restaurant is merely good for the area, but the pricing is extremely low! I can’t eat anywhere else around here for about $20 a person—including a decent adult beverage! Alfredo’s is the most basic of no-frills places. If you have that in mind, you’ll be pleasantly satisfied with your culinary experience. And this simple place is actually a nice change of scenery from other restaurants with superior settings but same-tier cuisine with a much higher price tag.

It's an Order at the counter kind of restaurant and meals are served in "fast food" like containers. Small space, sparsley decorated and with just a few tables inside. Cute patio outside with a few more tables. But the food is very very good. Good selection of soft drinks and adult beverages. Great variety of homemade pasta and sauces. (Garlic bread was great too).

A great little local place!Don't be put off by the disposable trays and utinsils. The owner knows what he is doing. The focus is on the product, and that means quality. The selection of pasta is made in-house. The Carbonara is simple and authentic; pasta, pancetta, and parmesan egg and cream sauce, with a little garlic. You need to get the garlic toast! The Caprese salad is the best we have had anywhere! And, Peroni on draft, with simple wine choices, by the glass or carafe.

Wow. I am beyond happy we decided to stop in this little Italian restaurant tucked on a quiet side street right near woodys. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Our waiter assisted us with drink choices, we tried a new Italian hard soda, a carafe of red wine and some beer. This is old school Italian food-simple but delicious. you walk past an small courtyard with tables and a wonderful green leaf wall into the main dinning area. There is a counter where you order and pay, you can leave your tab open, if you plan on making multiple orders (like we ended up doing). Then after you order you sit and they bring you the food and drinks. This place is not huge so I am not sure how busy they get during the season but in the off season we walked right up and sat down and we got our food quickly. Ok so you choose a type of pasta, then sauce, then protein. We tried the tagliatelle with ragu sauce, fusilli with carbonara, and garlic bread to start round one. Everything was amazing. You can tell the pasta is made fresh in house. The carbonara is some of the best I have eaten outside of the northeast. They are truly paying homage to their heritage here because their food would make any Nonna proud. Our second round we did the carbonara but with penne and the gnocchi amatriciana (the spice in this perfect) and more garlic bread and the fresh filled cannolis. Y'all I grew up going to an Italian festival every April, in little Italy, in the northeast. This place could easily have been one of those places I remember going to growing up. Well done guys. Thanks for bringing some amazing authentic Italian food to the south. Stop by here. You won't regret it.
