There is no place on Folly worse than this. Literal sewage was running along the floor the last time I went. The only thing good about this place is its location. Unknowing tourists go here because of its location and because they see it has a rooftop. I guess it would be ok to have a beer on top but that's it.

Sitting on the rooftop patio has a limited menu, but if you enjoy sushi with a glimpse of the ocean, this is the place in Folly Beach. There was no draft beer on the roof, but choices for mixed drinks were really appropriate for a mini vacation. The smoked trout dip was fantastic, and the bucket of steamed oysters was a lot of fun. Sushi chef prepared and presented some great tasting sushi. If you want cooked seafood, I'd suggest the main floor instead. (And don't get the Oyster shooter unless you like tons of horseradish. )

I ordered sushi, and it looked dry. Did they change their chef?Last year, the first time we dined there, we had the blackened shrimp pasta and fish and chips. That was amazing!

Servers are all super friendly here, however the last 2 times the food was bad. Hush puppies are the best thing on the menu, but they were out of honey butter :/ crab legs were good but not worth $50. Fish tacos were bland, my mojito tasted like a watered down sprite ?? My sister got steak & fries, server didn't ask how she likes it cooked... red flag. It came out dry and gray. Saw a bug crawling on the wall, unfortunately won't be back.

Absolutely wonderful place for lunch!!! We sat with our four kids on the patio and it was perfect. Waiter was fantastic and food was delicious. Great family friendly option with a huge stroller! Kids meals were really big and we shared lots of sushi. It was great.Kid-friendliness: Great for kids. Good kids meals for $5!!

Had the calamari and it was pretty good. Sushi snapper roll was fresh but kind of plain. Server was nice but pretty horrible. We were the at 2:00ish on a Wednesday. Maybe one other table in the restaurant. She took our order delivered the food and never came back. Wanted to order another roll and another round of drinks as we asked for the menu to be left. Had to ask another server to grab her so we could get our check. Being in the service industry always check back on your people. You never know who you're waiting on.

Above average burger and fried shrimp! Plenty of food to go around and the service was great! Cool lunch spot and right across the street from the pier. Perfect place to stop if you are at Folly Beach for the day!
Unfortunately, this has been the worst dining experience I have had in the past 17 years. The food, specifically the sushi, took over 2.5 hours to receive and may have been the worst sushi I have ever eaten. One of the waitresses was extremely rude and aggressive when asked when the food was coming out. In addition, it was a major birthday for one of the guests in our party and was upset with the treatment of her and other members of the group. On the upside, the shrimp tacos were fine.

I was really hoping to enjoy my time dining here as my wife and I have dined here and loved it in years past, but unfortunately I was very unpleased. The walls, tables, and condiments were covered in stains and grime where we were seated. The servers for the most part appeared young and untrained. After my family and I were seated our waitress walked by and said, “I’ll go ahead and grab you all some waters” before even introducing herself or asking what we wanted to drink. When my wife asked for something else to drink after the waters were brought out our waitress seemed genuinely taken back by our request for some strange reason. It took well over an hour for us to get our food and we were told it was because our specific order had been served to another table. Very strange. Our waitress was somewhat apologetic and told us that she would touch base with her manager to see if we could get some sort of discount for the trouble of having to sit and wait an hour with three hungry young children. When she brought us our bill after we finally got our food no discount had been applied and my wife had to ask our waitress to go speak to her manager (which she originally said she was going to do for us) to get us any sort of discount. The food itself was overly greasy and ultimately flavorless. I am only giving 2 stars because they did finally give us a decent discount for our troubles and the location itself is very conveniently located within walking distance of Folly Beach. I am not a “let me speak to the manager” type of person. I can overlook many inconsistencies at restaurants as most are just subjective to my own personal liking, but what we experienced here today was a bit much. We will not be back.

The food was good. Our waitress was sweet and did her best. It took over an hour to get our food, the appetizers and entrees came out at the same time. We got a dozen oysters and they failed to provide the basics for oysters: an oyster fork and lemon. For being a raw bar they should really know how to serve

Nice rooftop bar. Our server was friendly, hardworking; restaurant was very understaffed. Food was terrible. We had grilled shrimp on skewers that were not seasoned & did not seem fresh. The grilled snapper was cooked till it was rubber; not sure it was even snapper. Maybe go for a drink then I would recommend going elsewhere for food.
