First of all I absolutely love the vibe of this place it is so decorative with all this beach memorabilia and such. Everything was just perfect for a nice sunny beach day. I got the fried flounder (comes with fries+coleslaw) Loved the flounder however it was pretty heavily breaded for such a thin fish but the fries and coleslaw were very good. However I think the best thing here was the service, Our waitress was totally chill and made sure that we were having a comfortable experience. However this is the cherry on top, I forgot my hat inside of the restaurant on the table and I left and was walking down the street and our waitress rushed over and returned the hat to me. A little tip, There is a super cool farmers market behind the restaurant starting at 5pm on Thursdays. Would definitely recommend going to the market and restaurant!

The place was jamming when we came up - got seated right away and the music was great! The parking was pretty much a nightmare, but I managed.Waited forever for our poor waitress who appeared to be one of 2 to cover both inside and outside- the entire restaraunt. We saw her only twice - the greeting and the check. We got no silverware until we asked, and no follow up on quality.The food itself was ok. The shrimp and grits were on point flavor wise, but the grits were super dry and cakey. The calamari was overcooked and the rest of the food we ordered was just ok - nothing special.The primary thoughts I'd focus on for this place: acceptableish food, great atmosphere, pkeasepkeasepkease hire more help.

The founder plate is the best non-happy-hour value on Folly. This is a fun place for watching sports and listening to live music outdoors (though it becomes deafening if music is limited to indoors). Be on the lookout for cool farmers’ markets and local vendor stands in the afternoons!
Stopped by for lunch and had such a good experience! We enjoyed the smoked Paloma to drink. Crab cake sandwich was very tasty. Sweet potato fries were so crispy and they don’t skimp on the portion size. Regular fries are really good as well. Our daughter got the lobster grilled cheese on Texas toast and wow was it good! Great place to visit in Folly Beach with lots of outdoor seating. Can’t wait to visit during the beach season. Thanks to the staff for a great lunch!

Stopped here for dinner on our walk back to the house. I had the Lobster grilled cheese and sweet potato fries ?. Husband had the lobster roll and sweet potato fries He said that was also very good. We also got the mac and cheese bites for an appetizer. Definitely a spot to grab a bite to eat while visiting Folly Beach.
