Wonderful staff, excellent food. Generous portions. I've been eating her since I was a child, and the quality has only improved since. This place is basically a landmark. Perfect for large groups. All you can eat options for dine-in.

Been going here since before I was born so I grew up eating here and for 40 years it was the best food ever. When it changed ownership the food quality and quantity went down remarkably. So sad too for a restaurant that used to be everyone's favorite. And yes they watch everyone like a hawk to make sure you're not taking food out. Feels weird to be watched while ya eat but then again this is since new ownership. Gotta save the hush puppies. Lol The slaw is the best I've ever had. They have two kinds. The vinegar and the regular. I love both but the vinegar one is my favorite. The hush puppies used to be awesome but not anymore. The size is smaller and they don't taste the same as they did for 40 years. Not sure if they didn't share the old recipes with the new owner or the new owner changed it to cheaper ingredients. Their was only a few people in there when we went in on a Saturday afternoon This place used to have lines out the door as soon as they opened the doors every day and the lines continued till they closed every night. They are only open a few days a week. A sign it's not good anymore Please bring back the old owner or get the old recipes cause this place is going to be done with soon with this quality of food and it's not cheap either.

First time coming to this place and the last. When the food was served to us the first thing I saw was how greasy the fries were. It's like they didn't even drain them from the grease, it was absolutely disgusting. They were inedible mush under the seafood platter. The flounder was chewy, not flaky at all. Also do not be deceived, the menu states the seafood platter comes with "fantail shrimp" when in fact it comes with THREE jumbo shrimp. What a rip off for over $19. The hushpuppies weren't good, the tartar sauce is left on the table at room temperature and the ketchup is like water. No music in the establishment so it was dead silent with the noises of people eating around us. I think we were in and out in about 20 mins. If anyone recommends this place just skip it out.

Food was bad and service was worse would not go back if it was free. Need to wait on customer better and take some cooking classes
20 years ago it was my favorite fish camp, today not so much, the food has completely changed, the way the fish is cooked, breading on the fish, the size of the fish, I drove one hour to eat there, I will be at the wagon wheel restaurant right up the road from now on, it was packed when we road right by it!

First time eating here and the food was disappointing… hush puppies just taste like bread and grease, fried shrimp was soggy and so was my fries. I was excited about eating here but I sadly wont be getting my seafood here.
