We pulled up to a line out the door, expecting a long wait. The staff was awesome and handled the crowd very well, and got us on our way quickly. Lunch was great, thanks!

This place is a literall embarrassment to be a Chick-fil-A!I was part of an 8th grade field trip to Carowinds in 2018. I came across this Chick-fil-A and ate there for lunch. I asked for grilled nuggets, waffle fries and tea. I was told they didn’t have tea, so I got a Coke or Pepsi instead. When I got my food, I looked at what was supposed to be the grilled nuggets, but instead I got regular nuggets. I said GRILLED, not regular. So, I went back and told the worker I ordered the food from that I got regular nuggets, instead of grilled. Then, the worker finally had his/her nerve to say they didn’t have grilled nuggets. Pathetic! I have a gluten allergy, so I couldn’t eat the breaded nuggets and had to give them to a friend of mine. I couldn’t have been more disappointed. If only the noodge told me they didn’t have grilled nuggets before taking my order…..Honestly, if Google had an option of ZERO STARS I would’ve given this run down excuse of a Chick-fil-A their just desserts!P.S. If you are gluten-free, I would strongly recommend you don’t go to this Chick-fil-A. They lack gluten-free options, with the exception of the waffle fries and drinks.

Typical great food for the chain but the staff are young, play around too much and the restaurant is full of kids yelling, cursing, etc. every time we go. Not a good place to take the family.
