Terrible service every time I order they always forget my food even when using door dash or Uber eats explain they didn’t do my order right for Uber eats told me contact Uber eats that it’s not their problem don’t recommend buying food here the location at gate is much better , I will be eating at this location any longer

I placed an order through drive-thru and when I got home I noticed my order was wrong. I drove back and requested to speak to the manager and they just passed me off to a shift-lead. I know I’m young but I’m just shocked that they wouldn’t take me seriously. I know for certain if this happened to one of my parents then they would’ve let them speak to the manager and handled the situation more satisfactorily. In the end, I expected more from their customer service and don’t plan on coming back.
You should be happy to have the assets (people) that you have working there. My car stalled in the drive thru. Caleb and another guy (Hispanic) both tried to help me. Got it started but stalled again. Caleb and Emily went WAY overboard to help me. They both stayed with me for almost two hours while I waited for help. These are two employees that I hope you TRULY appreciate. We often hear about negative things concerning young adults but these two are DEFINITELY ASSETS to your organization. I hope they are rewarded !!!

Did The Drive Thru. The Associated Were Friendly As We Are Accustomed To. Their #1 Sandwiches Were Fresh And Piping Hot. Less Than A 5 Minute Wait (during lunch) From The Time O Entered The Line In The Front Of The Gas Station Until I Received My Order. ??
