While I know first hand how harmful bad reviews can be so I'm still giving a 5 star. But the young man working tonight needs to be worked with on his customer service skills. My wife and girl's received OUTSTANDING customer service from the girls and while they were working on making their orders this young man rushes back in from what looked like a break to take my order. From the minute he asked what I wanted he seemed to be discussed about being at work. Not only did he make my order wrong he made it in the smaller size. So disappointing that 1 person can give such a bqd experience. Someone needs to do better!

We bought 4 Love It sized desserts in founders favorite with sweet cream, one apple pie a la stone with cheesecake and another with sweet cream, and strawberry blonde. All of the flavors were great but the apple pie with cheesecake ice cream was a dream!There was only one employee working at the time and there was a crowd after us. She kept her composure and kindness through the rush. We were glad to see help arrive as we were leaving. They have a "now hiring" sign posted and I hope they gain some high level staff because we will definitely be returning to this location.

I love cold stone ice cream but I hate been cheated. I was on the phone with my husband when he placed my order. He twice told the person he wanted vanilla and strawberry with coconut on the side. Aside from the guy getting the order wrong, he clearly cheated me with not filling the cup.

We visit here every week and never had such a bad experience! The person serving our order was so mean and rude. She is a noob I think. We ordered 2 'like it' cups and both of them were literally half full and when asked about the quantity, she didn't hesitate to say " this is what you get for the like it cup". I was taken aback with such a rude response. I am not gonna visit this particular store ever again!Update:The owner seems kind enough to spend time and hear the concerns of a customer! Kudos to him. Hope the staff would be half gentle as him!

The management at this place is just the best. Very little places and establishments care as much about their customers as much as this place. If you want to experience true service and amazing ice cream this is the place.
We placed an order online. When my daughter arrived the ice cream was melted. She told the staff & asked them to remake it. They said no. She asked why. An employee-Ella said they couldn't remake it just because it was melted. My daughter tried to reason with Ella but she continued to refuse.My daughter then asked for a refund. Ella refused. So my daughter called to tell me what was going on. I told her to ask for a manager. She said there wasn't a manager & the 3 girls (Ella, Logan, & Collie) working were rude & refused to remake the ice cream or issue a refund. I told her to ask them to get a manager on the phone. Ella called her manager-Allison who refused to deal with the situation stating she didn't talk to customers while off. She told Ella not to remake the ice cream or issue a refund. I asked to speak to one of the employees but they refused to come to the phone. So I went to the store to see if I could resolve the problem in person. Ella was immediately rude & disrespectful. She was smirking & laughing while the other girls wouldn't acknowledge me. I asked Ella for the managers name. She gave it to me. I then asked her to get Allison back on the phone. Ella refused, restating what Allison said earlier. She said I could talk to her tomorrow. I asked what time? She said 12pm. I then asked for the owners name. Ella gave it to me stating he never comes in. I then asked Ella how could we resolve this tonight. It didn't make sense that they were giving us melted ice cream. They should be able to remake it or offer a refund. She stated firmly no that's their policy. I told her that was bad business & customer service. I walked out, leaving the bag on the counter. I then called the fort mill police to see if they could talk some sense into these girls who thought this was a joke. They were stealing from me since they didn't want to offer a solution. The fort mill police went to the store but I had already left after 1 hour. Raja-owner called me to discuss what happened as I was getting home. It's ridiculous that it took calling the police for this to be taken serious. Raja apologized stating their policy is to remake ice cream or issue a refund. I told him this was the most appalling experience ever!I'll NEVER frequent cold stone again. This was a far cry from the happy ice cream experience cold stone offered when employees were kind & sang while making ice cream. You should be ashamed to allow a franchise to be run in this manner.

I had the pleasure of trying Cold Stone Peanut Butter Cup Perfection with pretzels served by Allie and it was delightful! The chocolate and peanut butter flavors paired with pretzels were a match made in heaven. Allie was an awesome server who made the experience even better. I highly recommend this flavor to anyone who loves chocolate and peanut butter together. It's definitely worth trying!

I always get this place confused with Marble Slab Creamery, and sometimes wonder if they're in the same family... In any case, I've always loved their specialty, of mixing toppings into the ice cream flavors.I used to visit the Rea Road location frequently in Charlotte, but recently, we stopped into this Kingsley location, and it was quite busy.I just got this small scoop of French Vanilla with Granola and Reese's Peanuts...and it was awesome! They're quite generous with the 1 small scoop, so think twice about going up to medium or large.So glad to have this sweet creamery amidst this busy Kingsley strip!
