If this was my first time receiving less than acceptable food I would have given it another try but this is not the first time but will be my last. I don’t know what’s going on with this location but this is the 2nd time we ordered the southern fried chicken and it taste old and dry. They didn’t send the $5 take home meal I paid for. No syrup as requested for my French toast and when I called I was placed on hold for a long time and when the associate came back to the phone she did apologize and took my name and number but no one called me back. I think this will be my last time eating from the Cracker Barrell at 295 Carowinds Boulevard Fort Mill SC 29708.

Got there got a table, order was taken within 10mins.But, it took us an hour before our food arrived, then the food was cold. Their was 7 of us there to wish a very sweet lady Happy 70th Birthday. Visit was very disappointing.

I waited 20 minutes for my table which was understand able it was Sunday . But they seated us and took our order and we waited another 25 minutes to hour for our food.. Then the food came to the table and NO FORK OR KNIFE TOO EAT WITH .THAT TOOK ANOTHER 10 MINUTES .Apparently they had no Forks or knives in the restaurant.THEY GAVE US TWO FORK AND 2 STEAK KNIEF TO EAT WITH ☹

Ordered the Sampler with fried chicken, meatloaf, chicken n dumplings with mac and Cheese, coleslaw, biscuits and sweet tea. Also ordered two pancakes to-go. Was enjoying my meal until I realized that the "meatloaf" wasn't fully cooked on the inside. ?That really turned me off.I packed up my food and went home to finish cooking my meatloaf. My server was okay.Also, one of my pancakes was burnt on the top and bottom.Next time, I'll have to go to the location in Rock Hill.
