Just all in all a disappointing visit. Wait time was so long and my order wasn’t even correct. Save yourself some time and head to the Dunkin’ on 160 on Lake Vista Blvd. That’s my usual Dunks and I will never be coming here again.

Was just disappointed in the number of donuts left in stock and the overall quality. Of the six assorted donuts we ordered. These donuts hardly had any filling and the dozen we ordered seemed a far cry from the usual standard of Dunkin’ donuts. Also is it just me or did the donuts get smaller and cost more? Not angry, just disappointed.

The food is always amazing there with their amazing, snacking, bacon, and their hashbrowns. The service around 3 o'clock and after is amazing now the morning service I don't really feel welcome so I don't come there until 3 PM. I'm guessing there's new people there but I'm not feeling that great service like I am around 3 PM Until close. Now it does always stay clean, but the restroom with the females always has issues, but either way their food and their drinks are amazing and that's all that matters to me as a female because I like coffee.

Ordered hashbrowns and munchkins and coffee. Hashbrowns were burnt and tasted like bacon and as if the equipment has not be cleaned, I cannot have meat or dairy. The doughnuts were dry and tasted like rubber. The coffee had no sugar and no vanilla and no oatmilk which I had paid for. I was not at all satisfied with product or service. Will not be returning to store.
It was busy, but the speed, politeness, food and drinks were great!!!! I tried to come back a week later but couldn't remember the exit. Google get a zero stars for not recommending it when I put in dunkin donuts.

***Alert***Don’t leave drive through without checking your order4 out of 10 drive through orders of mine always missing some food i ordered and they charged for and once I go home and check, I have to call them and go back. And they take long time for ordersWaste of time and tricking with less items placed in the bag

Asked for a iced latte with no whip and oatmilk instead of milk. They gave me a hot latte. So I handed it back. Then they gave me the iced latte with regular milk and whip ??. Not a pleasant first experience for me.
