Sorry to see the Fort Mill location closed. I loved the food and atmosphere here. The fried green tomatoes and tomato soup shooters with grilled pimento cheese were my favorite. I am excited to see what new concept the owners bring to this unique space next!

My family and I really enjoyed Emmets Social table!1. The restaurant is located in one of the older buildings in downtown Fort Mill. It has a bit of historic charm. It's a small space but they make very good use of it. There is a decent sized patio for outdoor seating, a nice bar with high top seating and then the dining room is divided into a few sections upstairs.2. They have a pretty creative menu with something for everyone. Our kids are picky eaters but they loved the chicken and waffles. My wife and I shared sliders, wings, fries, and tacos. The portions are small but it's perfect for trying lots of food. Everything was seasoned well and presented beautifully.3. The service was excellent. Our food came out in waves. Just as we finished one thing the other food would arrive. The servers were very kind and made certain to clear away any unwanted plates or silverware.4. I would absolutely recommend giving Emmets Social Table a try. The prices are reasonable, it's not the same everyday menu, and they treat you well. What's not to like?Parking: Parking can be a little tricky. There is not a dedicated parking lot. However, it's free parking along the railroad tracks, street side on Main Street, and also a lot across the street behind the other restaurants.

A friend recommended this place to me and gave it a 9.7 (out of 10) from his experience. The menu looked great as far as unique dishes and options so I had been looking forward to finally trying it out with a few friends last night. I went to join the waitlist online before we arrived because I had heard it gets busy, but they said due to low volume there was no wait. Not a good sign if this place was really all that, no wait on a Saturday at 8 pm. We tried: Deggs, German sliders, oyster sliders, braised short rib, pork tacos, kale salad, bbq flatbread, Nashville hot sliders, shrimp tacos, buff chicken dip, crispy green tomatoes, tomato shooters THE GOOD..The pork tacos were the only thing I would say was great . Tomato shooters had a tasty melted cheese and were hot and crispy definitely recommend. The oyster sliders I liked definitely unique and nice flavor with the horseradish sauce ( could use more sauce). Kale salad was kale salad but the goat cheese in it was creamy and fresh. The flatbread had a bbq sauce comparable to sweet baby rays, decent bar food item to pair with a beer. THE BAD… The Nashville hot sliders were dry with too much seasoning that tasted like old bay. They had a really hot dry heat aftertaste. German sliders were over cooked and dry. Deviled eggs were ok but there wasn’t enough flavor or seasoning. The braised short rib was just decent, kind of bland and the potatoes they sat on were just there to be there no taste. The staff was super nice and gave great suggestions and insight, but the food was not good enough for me to ever come back.

Went there for the first time tonight and got a flatbread to go and had a beer while I waited. The hostess was great. Took my order, brought the flatbread, cashed me out. Everything was quick and smooth. The bar was not as attentive as I expected. I just wanted a beer while I waited and I had to ask the 3 staff members standing by me having a conversation if the bar was still open or not. That was slightly annoying. But once they realized I wanted a beer, the bartender got it and cashed me out immediately.Overall, the food and beer was great. Even though the service wasn’t perfect I might stop in again.

Met a group of realtors here to mastermind and it was the perfect setting. We had a variety of appetizers from the seafood Mac and cheese, Brussels sprouts(excellent), buffalo chicken dip, fries, fish tacos, fried green tomatoes, and my favorite the glazed wings those were delicious. If looking for a space to have a small party for a celebration, delicious food, and cool atmosphere. I lucked up on parking so not much parking so be prepared for that. It’s a cute space though and worth checking out downtown Fort Mill SC.

Our dining experience here was awful. We came here for an early dinner and the hostess did not acknowledge us at all. After being seated at a table, we were left with two tiny glasses of water and one menu for half an hour before someone came up to us to order our food. The waitstaff did not seem interested in us; maybe it's because we didn't order alcohol or liquor of any kind. The food was okay. None of the staff checked on us or refilled our drinks. That was still tolerable, until the end when we were ready to get the bill. The waiter accidentally dropped the pen when he handed us our check. He muttered "sorry" and just left. I felt disrespected by everyone working in this restaurant. Obviously, they were eager to send us away so they could serve someone else that might order alcohol. Never dining here ever again.

I recently visited Emmet's Social Table and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious food! The Caprese Avocado was especially delicious and I was so pleased to find out that it was gluten friendly. I highly recommend Emmet's Social Table to anyone looking for a delicious meal with gluten free options!

I'm going to shred Emmets because I think they have Soul Gastolounge potential. The Only flavor from the Deggs was the jam. The Flatbread was smeared cream cheese on a big cracker. The Mac and cheese was a thin cheese sauce, like the béchamel broke, with no seafood be found. The avocado caprese had little flavor. The fries were too small. We each got about two finger fulls. We had to order extra. Two thumbs up for the German sliders. The oyster sliders lacked a zing like a remoulade sauce. The chicken and waffles were like anywhere else , pretty standard. The pork belly tacos were very good. The cobbler was very disappointing, there was no cobbler to be found. It was vanilla ice cream over peaches. The conclusion is FLAVOR. If you're a Tapas pub each bite should pop.

My first time visiting this establishment. I was impressed by the flavors and portion sizes. We ordered several small plates, caprese salad and a flat bread. I would have a hard time choosing what to order the next time we go. I would definitely recommend. Service was quick and friendly.

Today was our first visit to Emmet's despite living only a couple miles away. I will say after visiting I am not sure why we waited so long. Our server was super attentive and very knowledgeable. The food is American tapas style so it comes out fast and at different times depending on when it's ready but that is part of the fun. You can start sharing and sampling but be carful not to order too much because it eventually will all show up and your table will be full. Between the 4 of us we ordered half the menu it felt like. Everything we ordered was better than expected, especially the poke-stuff avocado, South main deggs, and the chicken and waffles which is big enough to be a single serving for one person. It can get pricey if you order too much for yourself but it's nice if you have a few people and share.

We went there for dinner with a couple of our friends. It was a great atmosphere to have fellowship and server was also great in giving suggestions. We had variety of sharing plates as well as big plate and it was great. We spend almost couple of hours there. Only thing I have some criticism to say may be portion in sharing tacos is less.

Entrance is awkward that it's on the side of the building. The seating situation is also kind of awkward. The building is old (which is cool), but man does it smell old in there (not cool). If you have mold or mildew allergies, this place will be tough for you. My eyes were watering before we even ordered. With all of that said, our server was excellent. Just the right amount of attention. She didn't rush us to leave when we stayed to chat. Food was good. Loved the wedge salad. I would come back and just order that for myself and be happy. Crab cakes were only okay. Very fishy smelling which was off putting and not very warm. Tried small bites of other items at the table and all were okay to good.

Southern Tapas plates of southern dishes. Basically mini dips or sliders, the pork belly tacos and brussel sprouts all were good, just needs a bit more oomph in the delivery presence and flavor. The chicken and waffle was a bigger portion and everyone enjoyed that. The best item, by far is the South Main Deggs, deep fried devil eggs are amazingly delicious and I bet I could eat three orders of them myself. The pimento sliders were stingy on pimento. The water glasses are tapas size too. Service was good today and they warn you it comes out at different times as it prepared.
