We were disappointed. The food wasn't that good (burger & fries), the table and floor weren't very clean and no one greets you when you walk in. My husband said his blackened burger was just off. We're definitely NOT going back there. I can see people drinking a lot and thinking the food is good. That's the only way the food would be! Sorry, just not worth your hard earned money.

Food was good not great. The apple burger was very dry. Visiting South Carolina from Texas, this was the first time we have run into such poor service. Staff was not very friendly and the host never spoke 2 words to us. In addition, we had to physically find our server for drink refills and condiments.
We are here from western Tennessee visiting our son and daughter-in-law. We went to Hobo's last night for dinner.The place is unique in several ways . It is located in an old brick corner building in downtown Fort Mill with ample parking in the back. (front and back entrance) The inside is nicely done with booths, tables, and counter seating available. The service is fast friendly and attentive. They have a great selection of top end pub food. Consisting of burgers, other sandwiches, salads, and specials. I had the pastrami Ruben, and my wife had the BLT. It had fried green tomatoes on it. Our son had the California burger, and our daughter-in-law law had a steak salad. All were prepared perfectly and presented well. All that and very reasonable! Hard to beat. Check it out!
This is my favorite food and this is the first day I came, and I will come back soon!

Atmosphere is terrific. Choose the deck if you have young kids as there's an enclosed grassy area for them to play.Food is a bit hit or miss. Loved the fried pimento cheese. The toppings on my Carolina burger (especially the buttermilk-fried bacon) were delicious. But the burger patty itself was nothing special. The toppings are definitely the good part.Kid-friendliness: Outdoors is very kid-friendly, including the servers.

We've eaten here a few times before but today was the last. Walked in and was told to sit anywhere and they'd bring menus right over. Its Monday, maybe 4 tables had people. Fifteen minutes later no one came. We walked out. We went elsewhere. Too many other places to eat. We tried Carolina Ale Hpuse.....much better! Why did we wait 15 minutes?
