I’m a regular at J Tea. I always order their coconut milk tea with boba and the J special banh mi when I’m craving it. The coconut milk tea is my favorite here. So yummy. Their banh mi is delicious. The bread is nicely crisp and warm. It’s soft upon first bite through to the end. You will not be disappointed. Great place to grab boba, in and out.
Great place to get boba tea and banh mi! My family come here often especially when they first opened as Fort Mill’s 1st ever boba tea and banh mi shop! The owners and staff are great.

In my off route back to Columbia I literally stumbled upon J Tea. I passed it twice before I really noticed it. Thank God for bringing me back to it! This small, modern and clean facility hides enormous punches! Hospitality was on par from the beginning because of the helpful staff. Next the passion fruit tea was just right sweet to herbal notes. Then that pork sandwich... Wow! The bread was warm, with a crispy outside and soft interior. The pork chunks were flavorful and moist....read full review
