This is the best jersey mike's location i've ever been to! I walked into this location at 8:58pm on a Thursday, 2 minutes before Jersey Mikes's was scheduled to close and Jay (an employee expressed they were closed). Seeing my sadness Jay expressed: "Hey I will make your sandwich," even though everyone working their seemed happy, but exhausted and come to find out he (Jay) had been working a 16hr shift! I was beyond grateful to say the least. 16hr on your feet making sandwiches, greeting all sorts of customers and personalities and to still be so courteous as to make an additional sandwich when most of the veggies were being put away was extremely thoughtful! This is the only Jersey Mike's I will continue to visit. Thanks again JAY & the staff at this location!

Rude customer service!Nothing like people working there. I don’t really want to work. .One young man cutting the meat, and two girls are with bad attitude !About 2 PM on Sunday 10March$40 dollars Worth of sandwiches absolutely disgraceful

The dude with the mustache and glasses is bizarrely rude. He was rude to me and every customer he interacted with. It was so bad I was ready to walk out but I just took my sandwich and left. I’d avoid this location.

I’ve been to this location a few times. I’ve only ordered online as I’m pretty introverted and anti social, and my order is always perfect. Usually, it is even ready to go a few minutes before the pick up time. I’ve never interacted with anyone here, which I enjoy, because I find the experience of picking up an online order pretty self explanatory. I just walk in, grab my sandwich off the shelf and enjoy at home. Yum :)

Made an online order at 11:52am for a 3pm pickup for a time sensitive event. Got to the store a little after 3pm and my sandwiches were just being made. Waited almost 20min to get my order complete.No apologies, No urgency, and Not a single person in line ordering.I’ve noticed this stores management and customer service has been lacking severely!Sad!!!

Date of incident(10/27/2023).I placed an online order for pickup at 1:12 p.m. and did not receive my order until 1:34 p.m. Moreover, staff members were not accommodating as I patiently waited for my food. No one asked me if I had received my order. To make matters worse, the guy with the (love symbol) tattoo on his face, the person who made the sandwiches, took the bag and threw it on the pickup rack.Already behind schedule in meeting my girlfriend for lunch, I quickly picked up my order and began to walk to my vehicle. Another customer who watched the incident came outside and said it was rude and unnecessary.When I arrived at my destination and checked the bag, one order was incorrect. I ordered #42 Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak and #16 Mike's Chicken Philly. Instead, I received two number 16s.I love Jersey Mike’s, but I will NEVER return to this location!

I don’t appreciate coming to a store and being told it’s closed 15 mins before it’s stated. You don’t know how far I drove to be told that. Never again

Think I'm going to leave these places alone for minute until they get it together. Walked not greeted and had to wait a few before anyone acknowledged me. Another lady (that doesn't look like me) walks in and immediately greeted. I see my kind now welcomed at this location.I asked for fresh lettuce (not brown) I was told I just put it out. Guy sweeping floor acted like he was scared to serve me.Its okay...I will not be back!

Went there today for lunch at 5:05 two lady’s and a child was ahead of they ask if I wanted to go ahead because they had a big order I said yes thank you on actually on my lunch break. The gentlemen took my order carried to the back I paid for my order and sat at the table near the window. As people started coming in I notice he was bringing others food including the three that was behind me..30 minutes has gone I went to ask about my order and he told me I don’t have your order and I said you took my order and right after me you took the other threes order..than he said I don’t know what happen to your order and as rude as he could be ask me do he want me to make another one and I said where is the first one..my lunch break is about over and I will not be able to eat the entire meal now it’s going to take you 15 mins to cook it and I’ll on have 5 minutes to eat and get back to work! I just found this Jersey Mike’s and decided to start going but they are all guys everytime I’m in there and I always have to clean the table before I seat down as well as they all behind the counter eatting in front of the customers as you place your order! I am very disappointed with this place to where I just walked out and said I will be making a complaint this is so unacceptable!

Not all jersey mikes are alike.I usually go to Lake Wylie Jersey Miles but today had lunch from the one in concord.they do not listen to special instructions at all.Such a shame. 16.00 for lunch and did not enjoy it

First time at this location, ordered online pickup. The sandwich itself was decent but the customer service was not. There was no one in the store, I enter and there was no greeting. The African American male there asked if I was picking up or ordering, I said pickup and then was asked for my name and I gave it. My bag with my sandwich, chips, and cup was on the rack. He basically was like there it is, didn’t hand it to me or anything (an individual at another location has literally walked to me and handed my bag on numerous occasions as a comparison of service) and walked away, no “thank you”, “have a good day”…nothing. Sigh, the energy all around was just not good at all and negative (I legit felt it), I didn’t feel a welcoming presence. Essentially, I felt like I was bothering the guy, which says a lot.As a note, be mindful and friendly to your paying customers. Your approach and energy can literally make or break a customer’s experience and desire to frequent and return to your location. In a field where you serve and interact with the public, you should be able to implement proper customer service, and just be welcoming. Always remember you represent the company you work for and you are there for the customer, not the other way around.Can’t say I’ll be returning if that type of negative energy will be and remain there.
