There's a question I ask myself every time I come here. That question is: how is this place so good. Blows me away every time. They give you good portions at a good price and everything I've had has tasted excellent. Fantastic spot. Criminally underrated

Ladles is a small restaurant. Small enough that the amazing variety and the quality of the food comes as a sweet surprise. And all of that remains true even as struggles with staffing and supply chains bear down. I can't wait for my next visit.

Chicken salad sandwich was delicious. Generous portion of chicken salad. The chocolate chip cookie was very good however the tomato basil soup is hard to describe. Not a lot of tomato flavor but the basil is definitely present. Didn't taste like any other tomato basil soup I've ever had and I couldn't quite put my finger on what wasn't quite right.

Corey and his crew at Ladles in Fort Mill catered an event for us this week and everything was wonderful! We needed 127 box lunches by 10:30 am, and they were on it, giving us options for different kinds of sandwiches, all of which were big, fresh, and delicious. Chips, cookies, and tea were part of the deal. We had all the fixings we needed and attendees at our conference raved about the meal. If the food is good, the event is a success. We were also on a budget and they were the most reasonable option by far. I'd totally recommend Ladles for your next catered affair.

I recommend this place. It is really nice for lunch. Nice choice of soups and huge salad portions. Kids really enjoyed chicken noodle soups because of soft and delicious chicken like they said. Ready to go everyday if they going to eat soups. She crab soup doesn't taste like one in Charleston like there is no crab inside and spicy but it was good anyway. We enjoyed being there. Stuff members are friendly and nice, food is good, prices are reasonable, definitely going to come back

My wife and I enjoyed our lunch here. The service was friendly and the food was fresh and tasty. Definitely drop in here for a soup and sandwich whenever you are in the area.

Menu is extensive and hard to select from while in line with regulars waiting for you to hurry up and order. Staff seemed young and without supervision, mistakes and delays were observed but they were always very polite. Food was delicious, I had the vegetable sandwich with herb spread and Greek lemon chicken soup and my companion had the grilled cheese and tomato basil soup. I would recommend Ladles but maybe study a picture of menu prior to arriving.

Stopped in for lunch with my mom after hearing so many times how great they are. We were not disappointed. The employees were friendly and took care of us swiftly. We had food within 5 minutes of walking in the door. The atmosphere is soft and the inside is clean and organized. The food was delicious and was obviously fresh and not held over. Good flavor in the soups and generous portions as well. Sandwiches seem small, but are well packed with protein and veggies. Tip: Do the 1/2 & 1/2 combo to try more things at once.

I finally was able to stop in and check this place out. It's more of a lunch and light dinner type place. It was really slow when I stopped in on a Thursday afternoon. I asked several questions about the menu board and the combo deal and then ordered the Turkey Ruben & She Crab combo. When my order came out, they told me that they misunderstood my order and gave me the whole sandwich but wouldn't charge me for it. That was fine by me. The dining room is sizable but it was such a nice day, I sat outside on the patio to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. I though the sandwich was especially good, a nice size to pair up with the soup. I thought the She Crab was just a little on the spicy side. You also get a sourdough roll to go with it. It was all OK, I would say more a 3.5 star experience. It's located in the same shopping center as the Harris-Teeter that I go to frequently. They are also building an 'Eggs Up Grill' next door and there is also the Salmeri's Italian in the same center.

Good soup .I gave three stars because ,some of there soups are to salty .It's like they're so heavy handed with the salt. Some soups soaks up salt and people have dietary issues. Soup supposed to be comfort food .not sallty like the ocean water . This is the only soup place around i hope they do better ! This the second soup i bought this year and it to salty
