Play order and the gentleman on the phone told me it would be an hour I went to pick it up and I asked the person behind the counter. How long is this been out and she says 30 minutes. The damn pizza is not even

I've ordered pizza from this location for years and they're usually great; very fast delivery, very tasty food. Today i ordered delivery, though, and after waiting almost an hour for my order (the ETA showed 11:28am, 30 minutes after i ordered) i called to see where the driver was. I was informed he had 2 other deliveries across town that he took first with mine in the car. I said i was not happy with my pizza being in a car/pizza warmer for half an hour and whoever was on the phone said "it hasn't been" and then proceeded to say "the driver has only been gone for 30 minutes".... Which is exactly what i just said i wasn't happy about. He also claimed he "tried to call" even though i had no missed calls on my phone and i have great service in my home. I tipped $6 ahead of time, too, because they're usually great.. this time definitely doesn't feel like the driver deserved it. Last thing he said was to call back if my pizza wasn't hot to "see what he could do" about remedying the situation, as though my obvious unhappiness with the time it was taking wasn't enough (and the fact that the pizza would obviously not be fresh/hot, even in a pizza warmer). My pizza got here about an hour after ordering, with no apology from the driver and it was not hot/fresh. It also looked like the driver either dropped it or shook it so some of the top of the pizza stuck to the box.I'll let Marcos keep their money on this order and the driver can keep the tip that he didn't earn, with the back-talking, "i don't care" attitude of whoever answered the phone and the ridiculously late, unprofessional driver, i think they've just lost a long-time customer.

Pizza is excellent. However, I would not order half and half pizza when Mario Andretti is delivering. All your toppings end up under the pizza. You get more of a quarter / three quarter pizza.

Ordered a pizza for delivery. Estimated wait 30-45 minutes. After an hour an no delivery called. Was told 1st they came, knocked on the door several times and no one came. I responded with that is a lie as we are here with the door open. Please hold, then told they delivered and left outside, no it was not outside. Then was told it was delivered to another camper in the campground I could go get it. I was not going to do that and ask them to pick it up and bring us a hot one, we did not pay for a cold pizza. Offered a discount on next order. Will not be ordering from here again. Was hung up on called back to give our card number again and was told they have it it would be refunded in 2-4 days, told her we wanted it refunded today, she hang up again. Yes I was upset.

This location has steadily declined over the years. Customer service is awful, and today, I saw an employee handle cash, then go into the kitchen to assist with food, without washing their hands. There's also a vacuum cleaner sitting in the open area. I will not be back here.

We love Marco's. They are always great when we need a quick and affordable main dish/meal for dinner. Their $6.99 medium special never disappoints.
