Go to Panera… their customer service is awful food quality is terrible for what you pay for. May as well go to Panera for top tier customer service and food! Coworkers and I will not ever order here again.
Very disappointed with the food we recieved through doordash the other night. Paid $7 for my “wrap” which was more like a roll up… put a comparison picture down below. The potato on the left looks like it had been scrambled up and the one on the right had more cheese than potato! This has never happened to me before at any Mcalisters so I was very dissatisfied I paid for this disaster

Meh. Average food quality and super slow service. Ordered 2 entrees and a kids pizza and waited 25 minutes for the 2 entrees then an additional 10 because they forgot the kids pizza. Surprised they got the order right because every time he read my order back to me, something was off. Won't be going back.

Baked potato delivered with no butter. Chili no crackers. Sweet instead of unsweet iced tea with no ice. Manager said sorry, would speak to general manager tomorrow to see if anything could be done. They didn't check to go order and apparently have no policy in place to offer solutions or resolution. No accountability. Would not give me GM's name

This McAlister is one of the better one. However, it is still a fast food place. A low three.
Used to be my go to place for reubens. Now, take it or leave it. Much less of a serving of meat, smaller bread, not much dressing or sauerkraut so a drier sandwich and the size of the sides is a complete joke for what you're paying. I wouldn't go out of my way to go to McAlister's anymore. It's a shame, used to be my favorite. Best thing is the huge iced tea.

I came in at 11:48 am placed a simple choose 2 which was a half of a grilled chicken salad- and a cup of soup. Proceeded to wait and not get my order until 12:23 pm. I was on my 30 minute lunch break. So I hurry and get back to work to find they did not put my ranch dressing in there that I asked for and is on the receipt paper on top of my food. I am beyond upset as this is my ONLY meal and now I have NO time to go back and get it. This is not the first time this has happened and it is a huge deal. Probably will not be a return customer at this location. It’s almost like they were getting all the locals and regulars food out first. Very upset right now!
