Usually go to the other location but wanted to make a trip out to celebrate a special occasion. Ambience was great, atmosphere was clean and proper, and food was on point. In addition we had absolutely the best server who took care of us and our children. Couldnt have asked for a better experience

My husband and I ate here for the first time and were impressed by the service and food. Yeti our server was attentive, professional and made excellent recommendations. The calamari small plate was perfect and our main dishes were delicious as well.

Our server was wonderful...greeted us promptly and told us about how the food was prepared...made recommendations....just very pleasant. We were seated outside on such a beautiful day. Our lamb shank was so tender and delicious. I'm so glad we chose that option.

Waited over an hour for salads. Only 6 tables including ours in the entire restaurant. Wine glasses were thick and clunky. Food was mediocre at best. Will not return.

First time to Napa, and the service was excellent, the food was also very good. We had the scallop entrée and the short ribs which were really tender. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

My husband and I enjoyed dinner at Napa. The cocktails were delicious & service was phenomenal. Our dinner was also good - braised short rib & the filet and we added Brussel sprouts. For my birthday they gave us complimentary champagne and dessert as well as a handwritten card with $10 gc inside. Super thoughtful and kind! We look forward to returning.
Our waiter, Grant, was exceptional! He had a warm personality and an engaging demeanor. He knew my name, made sure we were comfortable, described specials and shared recommendations.
Unfortunately had high expectations and just had an average experience. Staff and service were great. Food presentation was mostly poor and taste sub par. Not a bad experience but I wouldn’t feel encouraged to go back. Sorry I feel bad leaving an average review but I hope it’s taken constructively. Good luck!!

UPDATE: a manager at Napa reached out, called to apologize for what happened and then sent us a hand-written note with a gift card. Really above and beyond our expectations. Thank you - this was very kind and appreciated! —- It took one hour and 25 minutes from the time we were seated to actually receive our entrées. We received our appetizers, a charcuterie tray and bone marrow, in sbout 35 minutes. The bone marrow appetizer was completely inedible and we had to send it back. The entrees, filet mignon and scallops, were very good in flavor but overcooked. Not worth the wait or price. Won't be coming back.

What a perfect dining experience! We arrived early for our reservation and sat at the bar. The bartender was very attentive and allowed us to sample the wine before we ordered a glass. We started with the Napa Salad and a Roasted Root Vegetable Salad - so fresh and yummy! We both ordered Seared Scallops (with lemon scented risotto | parmigiano reggiano | english peas | crisp prosciutto tuille | brown butter crumble). We shared a decadent cappuccino cheesecake for dessert. WOW! ? Our server, Alice was so knowledgeable. She gave us a detailed description of entree ingredients and great recommendations for both the food and wine. We'll be back!

Our dining experience was very positive. Yeti was our server and he excelled. Welcoming personality, friendly and knowledgeable. Our table started with the fried calamari and cauliflower. Both were excellent. Our salads and entrees were very good and fairly generous portions. We enjoyed the pork tenderloin and scallops as our entrees. Highly recommend this restaurant. Always consistent quality and delicious food.

The overall experience at Napa was great, from the moment we walked in until we completed our meal. It was my wife's birthday which I made known earlier. We were treated like VIPs. Hospitality was top knotch! Our server,Mahagony, we so nice and professional very knowledgeable of the menu that lead us to make good choices. Two of the manger's stopped by to check on us and to deliver a hand written birthday card to my wife complete with a gift card for our next visit. Nice! We recommend Napa at Kingsley!
