So apparently the store hours are still saying that the Fort Mill Papa John's are still the same. I get there and see that the store is and had been closed for some time now and all the calls get forwarded to the Celanese location in Rock Hill...RAD!!!!

Not ordering here for my large parties anymore. Customer service and even help ordering for a very special, large pizza party was poor. Asked for napkins...apparently they dont provide plates any more, even if you offer to pay extra. Management was very disrespectful and not helpful. Will NOT order Papa Johns again! Of course the managers dont care anyway.

Terrible pizza. Haven't had Papa John's in years because of their prices. Decided to get it tonight and it's horrible. Paper thin crust, no sauce and barely any cheese. Burned edges on the crust. Called and spoke to manager, she gave a refund and when we asked why the crust was so thin, she said "sometimes that happens". Won't be back. Very disappointing.

Absolutely horrible horrible service. Pizza was delivered without being fully cooked. A replacement pizza was sent but the driver refuse to deliver, Unless he was paid for it again!!!. And he was ridiculously rude .Completely horrible experience.still waiting on delivery… it has been almost 3 hours!!!!!!

****Delivery driver should take a Eye Test**I order pizza @ 5 pm and when I went there @5.30 pm, I was told some driver picked by mistake and he is going to make ready in 7 min and I went after 10 min and they ignored me. I was waiting with my infant outside the car and all these workers were dancing inside without looking customer priority and didn't even care they missed one delivery. Finally I got @ 6 pm . Worst store of Papa johns. I think there is no proper supervisor to handle these people.beware of this shop and don't waste your time and money here

THE WORSE! Have tried and tried again ordering from this location and they consistently put out the worse pizza. Their normal bake is dry, flat and tastes like cardboard….can’t imagine what well done would be. Do yourself a favor and just order dominos if you want delivery

Didn't knock, didn't even come up the porch stairs. Left pizza out in the cold,no delivery confirmation,worst delivery service ever. Oh,and the garlic sauce container was squished and open.Last time I order from this location

Calling this "pizza" is an insult. I would never order pizza from here but the kids wanted it. My sense is that it's not this location that is bad as much as it's just a bad recipe. A frozen pizza from my oven tastes better than this garbage.

Tried to order a pizza at work for lunch tonite. Called at 8:40 p.m. and they are temporarily closed. Better ingredients better pizza but not open on a friday nite. Way to go!

Don't expect much from papa John's but some blonde chick behind the counter argued with me over garlic sauce that I paid for & had the receipt on. Wouldn't have mind having to go back in if it weren't for the nasty 'tude Nice, papa John's.
