Smoothie was good but overpriced and the store smells like butt. The worker was nice so I would add an extra half star if I could but the smell really threw me off.

Still waiting to receive order after 30 min. This is not the first time this has happened. This place is clearly understaffed with 2 employees, they don't do anything about it. Online orders and app orders are clearly prioritized before orders placed in person. Will NOT be back.

I hope this is seen by all and I am.not looking for anything other than fair treatment. If an employee mishears a customer about an order, is it so much to ask to get clarification and even accept payment towards another correctly made drinks (which was not only not made correctly but made worse, no sweetener must mean double). Instead they are taught to get mouthy, disrespectful and hide in the back along with bystanders who have no part of the situation. On top of getting surprised that a customer would be extremely upset that this specific location is stealing in the sense that they double charging for a whole secondary smoothie that the employee failed to make correctly. So to finish it all, they are taught to request the specific customer who only got upset because of a failure on smoothie King, to not return due to the customers actions, failing to account for their employees. This will placed anywhere I can review this location. This is unacceptable and I will be sure that since they're sure to hide this.I look forward to hearing from someone soon. We need an adult conversation.

With other SK locations in the area, we'll probably not be coming back to this one. Two weeks in a row, the young man behind the counter has made us runny smoothies that didn't fill the cup. This time I said something and asked him to make it right. He added ice and made more than the cup would hold - a rough cup of ice without any real flavor. I put it in the trash and asked if they wanted another shot at it. The young lady remade the smoothie. Please give the guy some lessons. He doesn't seem to have the hang of it.

Doing some delivery work to help pay for holidays and to compensate new job training pay. Went last night (Saturday) at 820 when is says online and door they close at 9pm. Usually this is the best store. Buddy looked at me then turned his back instead if saying something like any kind of reason he was closing early. At this point it was too late to make it to a different location.

New manager is discriminatory against minority groups. They fired two people because of this, and wouldn't hire another because they weren't quote " hiring an 'it' ". Don't come here.

Not usually one to complain but I got the worst smoothie of my life the ice was still intact… wanted a smoothie not a roughy. I’d recommend the tropical cafe… they know how to use a blender

On 9/24/22 I went to this location. When I arrived two young girls we’re running the store. They told me that me their machine was down and that they didn’t know the measurements for any of the orders. They proceeded to try and make my smoothie which was an epic fail. They then proceeded to laugh about it. When I ask where the manger was they said that he had a family emergency. In my opinion the store needed to be closed today. The staff did not have the equipment they needed to make orders. Them laughing which was also inconsiderate. They were clearly not mature enough to handle the situation and needed a supervisor to intervene.
