“Located in the Harris-Teeter shopping center just south of the Sun City entrance is a small yet popular Starbucks actually inside of the Harris-Teeter grocery. Your regular Starbucks and offerings, but the women, yes women, who work there are just so nice. For example: I was out with two of our grandchildren, it was chilly so I asked them if they would like some hot chocolate. Their enthusiastic "yes" brought us into H - T and our Starbucks. I ordered a coffee and two hot chocolates. A great job with the chocolate, whipped cream, the works. Problem? Both children said it was too hot and really wanted "cold" chocolate. Back to the counter. No problem. They chilled the hot chocolate and reset it up with the whipped cream and there we sat on a cold windy day, sipping cold chocolate together. Customer service is a serious issue to this Starbucks and we certainly appreciate it very much.“
“Nice location and good service. Sweets were yummy and served warm. Coffee was hot. Only complaint was that I asked for cream and sugar and they put them in the coffee and didn’t offer any packets. Didn’t like that. Never had that at another Starbucks.“
“I’ve been a consistent regular at this location for years now and they never miss, Lupe always make my frappes with perfection and Jayda makes a Strawberry Açaí Lemonade to die for and on top of that Jayda and Nicole’s customer service skills make ordering and coming back worth it everytime even for the price. Even on Saturday Evening rushes the staff always finds a way to make your visit worth your time whether it’s with their customer service or their speed in completing your order, strongly recommend going here and will most definitely be continuing my service here.“
