They will sometimes not start your online order until you get there which completely defeats the point of ordering online. They won’t start making it until you let them know you ordered online once you get to the store.

Just a terrible terrible location. All employees are extremely rude and the entire staff and facility are just flat out unsanitary. I saw no gloves being used, employees touching their face and hair while making food, the sub station and behind the counter is always a messy disaster. The last time I was there 2 Employees were smoking outback and then came inside to make sandwiches without washing their hands. So gross ! There is literally nothing positive to write about this place. I'll never be back, I'd rather starve. The owner is just as bad and has no standards and his staff have the most awful attitudes, and zero care or pride in their work. Corporate Subway needs to step in here and drive changes. I have notified the Health Dept.

I will never spend my money here again The manager Don apparently is low key racist or something. My brother was working here and was being called a Nig*** by another co-worker named Rob and was also being harassed amd threatened. This happened on multiple occasions Don then switches their shift so they could not work together. Yesterday on 6.21.22 my brother went to work and Rob showed up(Not on Schedule at all) and proceeded to harass my brother for at least 10 mins while I was watching on our video call. My brother n other employees tried to contact Don and No answer. So to avoid an altercation my brother left work 30 mins early after notifying his supervisor. Don then told the supervisor almost 3 hours later to fire my brother. Nothing is being done to Rob. This is the worse thing my brother has ever had to experience in a work place. If anyone has any suggestions on who I can contact about this matter please let me know because Don is the owner and I need someone higher that can handle this matter. Being constantly harassed and threatened and dealing with racisim in the work place is unacceptable. We will not let this issue go.

Today was the first day I have to say I was disappointed with this location. Usually they are super good about my order and even accept my special request… But I came in the get my online order that I was nearly an hour late to pick up and it wasn’t even done yet with the app saying it was ready. So while I waited for the employee to make it, cutting in front of two waiting customers which I felt terrible about mind you, I was late getting back to work which meant less time to eat. I finally get to eat it and the bread tastes like it’s a day old and hard. Today was not my day.?‍?

I will never come here again. The manager was extremely rude. I stood in line for 5 minutes waiting on the person in front of me. It was 6:50pm. Two other guys came in behind me. The manager rudely comes out and says we’re closed! The guys behind me asked what time do they close? His response was 7pm. The current time was 6:53pm. I will never come here again. Find new management, he is horrible!

This store manager is a thief and we had to call Fort Mill PD to get our money back. I placed an online order today (03-24-22). The owner said our order was picked up by someone else and he refused to make me another sandwich without charging me for it again. Definitely avoid this place.

Ordered online and apparently someone stole our food. The manager refused to make the matter right and said he “fulfilled his obligation” of making the food. It was not his fault someone else took the food. Refused to refund or replace the food. Very disappointing. The manager is very combative at this location.

For whatever reason this location is now drive thru only. So you order ahead on the app only to have to wait behind everyone else in the drive thru currently ordering. Genius way to get people on short lunches to go some where else with their business.

I ordered online only to get there and be told my order wasn't on the computer. I had time to reorder but it was apparent that the two females taking orders were not adept at running the register. The young mom at the register with her two children couldn't check out because they couldn't figure it out. The young woman out back smoking next to the order kiosk was so unkept, I questioned the quality of what I would get and left empty handed. I don't intend to order from here again.

This is my first review and I felt obligated to leave it. 1. The unsanitary practices by the owner himself need to be reported to the dept of health. From wiping his nose to touching the bread trays to putting his hands in his hair and touching food. One staff member also ate her lunch where sandwiches are made. 2. Rude and stingy. The owner was extremely rude and stingy. He made my sub and put 3 pickles, 3 banana peppers. Upon asking for more, I received such attitude. 3. Food poisoning. Worse yet, the following day we experienced food poising from the tuna. After seeing the unsanitary practices, I have no doubt the tuna hadn't been changed. I had never experienced food poisoning until this day. For the safety of everyone, I do no recommended anyone go to this subway.

When I went in there, I watched the owner prepare my families meal and he took his hands without gloves on and rubbed it through his hair and then touched the bread trays, then took his hand and rubbed his nose and continued to touch the bread trays. An employee was eating her lunch right at the counter. At this point we were losing our appetite. When I was ready to order something to go, I didn't want the owner to make it because of everything I saw. I asked for the lady with the red hair (who always makes great subs) and the owner said no. So we left. Aside from the owners attitude, my family got very sick from the tuna. We will never be going back. I hope others go eat somewhere else. The health department should be contacted.

Had many times tried to get a chance. After tonight I will never go back there again. Slow and sloppy. Gnats everywhere. And miserable employees. My sub smelled n tasted nasty. I tried to call them no one answered. I'll drive 20 miles to get a sub. To avoid going there.

This place is disgusting, went in today 10/10/21 and as soon as I walk in one of the employees is sitting in the booth playing on his cell phone, The tables were dirty the floor was sticky and had crumbs and chips all over the floor. Instead of playing on a cell phone he should be moping the floor and cleaning tables. The food didn’t taste fresh at all, I didn’t even finish my sandwich I through it in the can, should of just through it in the floor with the rest of the chips and garbage. After they made my sandwiches one of the employees was kicking on the door over and over like he was trying to kick it off the hinges. My wife’s sandwich look all dry I could have gotten a meal better at York county detention center. Everywhere you go prices are up and quality is down, and this place is no different please don’t waste your time go to another location.
