Literally NEVER open, doors are locked even when people are inside “working.” Drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the subway inside of Loves gas station.

DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!! The two girls at this location had no customer service experience. They were extremely rude and they shouldn't have a job. They were speaking poorly of me in Spanish because I asked a simple question about their location not accepting coupons. I asked for the corporate number and they said, "get it from the door." There was no corporate number located on the door but a number that went unanswered and no voicemail. I usually give people the benefit of a doubt because you never know what is going on in someone's life, but clearly these two act like this all the time based on the reviews.

Worst subway ever. Came in and employees saw me but went to the back and started laughing and talking for a good 5-10 before coming out asking if I wanted to place an order. Only redeeming factor was the lady who took my order was polite and made my sandwich correct. The store does not accept coupons which is fine but I got to checkout and was using a gift card to check out. Owner was called to the front because they couldn’t figure out how to let me pay with gift card… owner took one look at me and my gift card and told me my gift card was not “secure” and that I couldn’t use it. The gift card is a subway gift card. Then he proceed to tell me I was trying to rip them off, and said if I wanted to use it I should go speak to wherever/whoever I got it from because it’s not secure. Whatever that means? (Bought the gift card from Harris teeter…)

It's Saturday morning at 9 am and I clearly see employees inside but as I approach the doors are locked. Asked the AAA staff and they said its mostly closed. Google address and called I looked in there and saw young lady answer the phone, I asked if they were open and she confidently told me no as she laughed. The owner should clear house and start all over not apart of the business plan to generate revenue. Unless of course this is the plan.Disappointed former customerO stars

do not bother coming to this location. wanted subway and saw this location closed at 9pm, so we get there and we park at 8:10pm, just so the young girl working there could run to the front just to turn off the ‘open’ sign and lock the doors. so unprofessional! businesses should really look into who they’re hiring these days!!

Every time I come here it’s closed. Just got here and tried opening the door, employees saw me but didn’t care. Sitting in my car rn and see them cleaning. It’s 8pm and they supposed to be open till 9pm?!

We come here a lot. While it’s true there have been challenging times recently, I wish to take the time to give a shout out to two employees that we experienced there. Husband and I went this evening around 6:10pm, and the two gentlemen were pleasant and efficient. They made a nice team. I appreciated the improved service, and congratulate the owner for finding terrific talent. To the two employees that served us, you are doing great, thanks for a positive experience!

If I could give it a 0 I would. Not only did I drive 20 minutes to get to the store but to get to the store 30 minutes early and to see employee still inside just for them to turn off the lights and walk in the back as if they are closed is ridiculous. WOULD NOT BE COMING BACK.
