This place needs better management.There's a lot of in fighting. I heard a lady say to other employees "Let's all calm down, I know we're all frustrated."One day I was waiting 30 minutes for food because they accidentally skipped my order.Another day they forgot to give me my cup. I asked for the cup, they kept saying "Wait 1 minute I'll be right with you". Waited 10 additional minutes just to get my cup... How hard is it to take .5 seconds to hand me a cup?Drive the extra 10 minutes to go to another Taco Bell. You'll thank yourself.

They got my order wrong that I ordered through the app. I had to circle back around the drive through and ordered my item again and asked for an extra item for my inconvenience. When I pull up for my order, they tried to charge me. The cashier said ‘I made your item again for the inconvenience.’ You got my order wrong. How is it an inconvenience for you to get my order right?Horrible food and horrible customer service!Save your money and your time and breath!

It's Taco bell. You don't go here for the quality. You don't go here for the service. You go here simply because you just need to put something on your stomach and their stuff over all those pretty cheap. You realize that you're going to regret it about an hour later and this time was no different. The good news is I'll go to another Taco Bell again one day just to relive it all again.

Was driving through south charlotte and went through the drive through. When the “cashier” took my cash I noticed his hands were shaking very bad. Almost like he was strung out, needed a fix, or had a disability. When he came back with my cash and change he dropped half of the coins. He didn’t even offer to the hand me the correct change. The food was ok except for a burrito that had been dipped in oil. Nasty and not suitable for food on the go. Won’t stop here again due to poor service, poor food prep, and possible workers using drugs and alcohol on the job.
